Over the summer I had the whole back yard dug up for new foundation So the backyard was destroyed So after the crew left I had to call around landscaper this (OMG) 2 months to accomplish. Finally called Ben schedule a time to come out. He arrived at the time we agreed-upon Looked at the yard took measurements Discuss the design with my wife and I The estimate looked good we put a deposit down that night... Ben was here at the scheduled time he said he was going to be and Ben and his crew did complete it 1- day their amazing landscaping crew NOTE: stick to the plan and don't change it. Before he comes out he estimates how long it's gonna take and how many guys it's gonna Take to complete the job.

He is very knowledgeable, very understanding and just an all around nice guy. I ended up getting 3 quotes from other landscapers. I must admit he wasn't the highest bid, nor was he the lowest. But he was VERY close to the lowest (within a few hundred on a $9k job). Even though he wasn't the lowest, we decided to go with him because we felt the most comfortable with him doing the work, understanding our wants and needs, and being able to put those wants and needs into our yard without second guessing our decision. So for peace of mind, knowing that it will be done how we want it and be don't right, it is worth just the few dollar difference from the lowest quote. Oh, for those who might not like he didn't get back to a few of the reviewers, he did get in touch with me right away. Communicated quickly via email (which I preferred). And was flexible with the time on coming to view what needed to be done. I will update my post when the job is done!!!

I must have sent pictures to 4 different companies who asked for them only to never pick up the phone or just "no-show" for appointments to my dismay but this was not true in the case of Esparza. I was quite pleased with their attention and courtesy and some of these other 4 1/2 and 5 star folks are questionable. Each time, Corey has been responsive to assess the damages and make repairs. A couple of months back, we had a severe hailstorm. This time Corey came out and advised us that damage was much more extensive. As a result, we elected to file an insurance claim. We have been fortunate in working with Corey over the years. He checks the box for every important item. First, you really need someone local that has a quality reputation. Avoid the storm-chasers at all cost. They want a commission and then sub out the work to make-shift crews that come and go. Secondly, you want knowledge and comfort in quality material and workmanship. Corey, brings high integrity as he consults you through material choices and selections. The focus was on high value at a reasonable cost to protect your investment. Lastly, you want someone with strength in communications skills to work on your behalf through the insurance claim process. Things like city code, advances in construction approaches, durability and safety changed since we had our original roof installed over 15 years ago. To be blunt, the Insurance Company typically does not really care about these things in an effort to hold down cost. Corey is well established in the community and has relationships with the insurance companies. He worked directly with our adjuster on the initial damage assessment and was an advocate throughout the process. Our home is just under 6K square feet in an open area. The damages incurred were extensive to roof, gutters, chimney etc. Corey effectively provides a general management role to coordinate a timely completion of all elements. As for the job itself, Corey provides liability protection and insurance documentation to support it. We found the crew to be very friendly, courteous, efficient and most importantly cleaned up well after themselves. Over the years, we have been served well by Corey. We have a leak that unfortunately is in a closest and we did not notice immediately, I have contacted Elite via phone, email and website. I was told someone would call me back in 5-10 minutes after already being on hold for 10 minutes. Over 24 hours and can still not get a call back, we have mold developing and no answer, not even a phone call back. Contacting Boxer exteriors, they are coming out same day, I will end up paying for a repair the Elite should be fixing!

The entire month of July, I have been trying to work with the service team to get repairs made to my roof due to all the storms that have happened in the Chicago area. They came out and did an emergency typing for me no problems however I was told that I would have a handheld service to help me navigate the claims process with my insurance company. That was a lie. I have now been calling Nomback Homes the entire month of July and gotten no assistance. I have left multiple messages and gotten no follow up phone call. At this point, I would not recommend anyone doing any business with Nomback Homes since customer follow up does not seem to be a priority.

I actually roll my ankle in many spots. When it was first laid down, I sent Ariel a message asking if all of the gaps were going to fill in and I got zero response. I waited at least 4 weeks before I cut the grass. I was afraid to because I wasn't sure if the chunks of improperly laid sod areas were going to lift. I did exactly what his directions were that he sent me. Now I have to pretty much do double work and fix everything which is not what I planned on doing this summer! Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and very frustrated!

I sent in my information from their website and I got a phone call back the same day. I tried to contact several people that said they cut grass on the side and I did not hear back. There loss is my gain! I even made a post on a site I use. I was getting frustrated. Our grass was insane you can say. Now it looks SO much better. I am sure our neighbors are happy now too! I reached out and they said they would be at my house on Saturday. Saturday came, and they reached out to ask about an additional service, and I confirmed the extra service wasn't necessary. I thought they would still come since I had an appointment, but they didn't. It was Mother's Day weekend, so I gave them a couple of days to contact me, but they never did. I sent another email to follow up on the appointment they missed and got no response.
