The first year they overcharged the time they were here, and after a couple of months of calling, adjusted the price to the one hour they were actually here doing work. This year they charged the same amount so I assumed they overcharged the time they worked. Wrong! They reported that there were 3 men doing one hour of work. Both years I kept track of time spent and men present and this past year I had one hour of work done by 2 men. If you hire this company, be present for the work, record time and maybe take a picture of how many people are working (even though that's creepy). This year is our last year of working with Groundskeeper.

We solicited bids from four firms to help refresh our paver patio. The fourth was much higher than the three and was quickly discounted as the outlier. When Keith came out to my home, his expertise was clear. Keith listened to my needs, shared his ideas, showed pictures, and quoted accordingly. Keith promised a clean and professional result and Morlock delivered on that promise. In short, I am very happy with my patio. The pavers look nearly new and when water hits the patio, the water beads off the surface and runs away from the house. The surface is not slippery at all. Contacted RG Tree to have three tree stumps removed along with a bush. They came out to survey the…read morerequest, provided an estimate, and returned several days later. In addition to removal of the tree stumps, they agreed to cut down an old metal laundry pole and cut down to the concrete two old porch 4 x 4's. RG Tree was efficient and fast. They were fully aware of the items we wanted addressed - all of which were completed. They also hauled away all debris. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend this company and their services!
