They help me contact the manufacturer and get a replacement inverter. The manufacturer sent out a new inverter and I received it within a week. Once that arrived I contacted Tim the service manager and he scheduled me in time to have the old one removed and have the new one installed. They gave me a fair pricing to replace my inverter and really helped me with getting my new inverter delivered. They made the process very easy.
