The buyer had scheduled their property inspection for Wednesday morning, so I was pleased when the technician provided with a very competitive bid on the spot, and got the new furnace installed that afternoon. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I ran into the same issue two days before another unit was scheduled to have its annual Section 8 inspection completed. Once again I got a same-day replacement at the same great price. Since then I had Airtime replace the furnaces in two more units (four total), and just had them change out a broken garbage disposal and water heater that was on its last legs--suffice to say their plumbing division was just as efficient and professional as their HVAC techs, and the pricing for those was extremely competitive as well. In short, I highly recommend you contact Airtime for any HVAC or plumbing needs you have. You won't be disappointed.

He offered to reimburse me for this experience and I respect that. He looked into the issue and he took accountability and that's not common. So I really appreciate how this situation was handled. The first mini split condenser was fried and had signs of a leak. It was over 10 years old. He called Conor, a supervisor, to talk to us about a new unit. We thought given how busy everyone is that it would be weeks before we could get the split replaced. Conor was able to get to our house in about 30 minutes. Sage serviced the second split while Conor was in route. When Conor arrived he went through the options. We needed something soon with the heat we are experiencing. They carry Mitsubishi mini splits. They had a slot for Tuesday 7/21. We had done our research, so we were comfortable acting quickly. Both Conor and Sage listened to our concerns and made us feel like we were in good hands. For the day of installation Jorge and Aaron showed up on time. They were able to remove the old split and install the new one by midafternoon. Very efficient and respectful. They checked the system out, asked if we had any question or concerns. We have a 115-year-old home, and they were careful in our old home. Our experience with Bob Jensen Heating and Air was outstanding, and I do not say that lightly. Sage, Conor, Jorge and Aaron were great. We would highly recommend Bob Jenson to family, friends and neighbors, without a doubt. We ill add that they have 24/7/365 emergency service.

I am frustrated by this company. Sometimes the service is great but honestly for the last 2 service calls (trouble maintaining temp in our office), they went through like 5 visits before they figured out what was wrong. It took multiple angry phone calls and 2 brand new thermostats that I did not need for them to figure out that the ducts were not set right! I mean really? I am not going down this road again. Next round I am going to find a different business to help us. read more

Recently my heater stopped blowing heat and they offered me a next business day appointment. The tech showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and got it repaired. In the past this heater had serious issues and would not work after several uses. I had a couple different companies come out and repair it, but within a few uses it would stop working again. I was at my wits end and randomly called tSpecialized Mechanical. I gave the tech the history of the problems with the unit. He did an evaluation and then offered to do additional research on this particular unit I have. He was able to figure out the problem, got the right part ordered, and fixed it. I really appreciated the extra effort to find the root of the problem. I'll never use any other company.

At 5:35 I was told they were finishing up the job so no need to worry it would be soon. No more ETA. In fact the daytime dispatcher has gone home. They were able to upsell a new water heater to the previous folks so they prioritized that over my appointment or giving reasonable timeframe. Then I was blamed for thinking I had an appointment. They don't make appointments. Just estimated times of arrival. The text even had the date wrong. 3/1 instead of 1/1. Had to call to confirm that too. Then blamed because I had the gall to want my install done the same day I made the appointment for. "You're the one who wants it installed today." The day I have an appointment when I've waited for 10 hours? What a waste of a day.
