Corey came out to address some issues with our AC unit. He also poked around in the attic and noted several problems and areas for improvement. He came back the next day and adjusted the outside unit so that it ran quieter, cleaned it, and checked the refrigerant. He then went into the attic, patched some holes in the vents, plugged in components that were unplugged since who knows when, and rerouted some of the duct work so that it was no longer awkwardly bent or pinched. The AC has never worked better or quieter in the 4+ years we've lived here. His fee for all this work seemed very reasonable to me. Installed new gas furnace about two years ago. Excellent service and furnace. Just recently, we had issues with furnace not staying on. Corey checked everything and helped us understand what issues one can have with Alexa and manually turning furnace on. We now only use Alexa to turn on and off, works great now. Then, in addition, he suggested we upgrade all of our vents (they are 32 years old). It took a day to order them and then he installed of them. Amazing, house heats up quickly now and we love it. For anyone needing HVAC services, I'd like to highly recommend All Climate Heating and Air. I bought a condo down in Oceanside over the last summer. The previous owner had a new furnace installed as part of the sale. Two weeks ago, the furnace suddenly stopped working. I found the receipt from the install, and reached out to Corey at All Climate about repairing it. He came out an took a look, and found that the circuit board inside had failed. As the unit is so new, he was able to get the piece under warranty. It took some effort on his part, but he got the piece within a week, and came back out and installed it. It took him multiple trips and time out of his busy day to diagnose, and fix my issue (the week of Christmas, no less). After he was done, I asked him what I owed him for his time, and he declined saying he didn't feel right charging me. I had an issue with my heater, it wouldn't turn on, even the fan wouldn't start. I thought it was something with the thermostat, because I'd replaced that myself a couple months ago and I figured I probably crossed some wires or something. Corey was a refreshing breath of fresh air. He actually came out to look at our old gas furnace the day after I called him. All of the other companies I contacted (one of which even came out to my house), without even opening it up, said that my furnace was too old to bother repairing (its probably 25 years old) and that we should get it replaced. Corey was extremely helpful however. He actually took the time to do a site visit, asked me some diagnostic questions and then took the cover off and ran the furnace. He then told me that the reason why our furnace kept shutting off prematurely was because we didn't have our registers open all the way which created too much back pressure in the ducts. Our furnace has been working beautifully since his visit and he only charged us a very reasonable trip charge to come out to our house. Although didn't really want to spend that much money on a rental property it was completely necessary. After having such poor service with the big companies (ASI & Baker Electric), I decided to give a smaller, independent company a try. I checked reviews and chose All Climate Heating & Air. We had an air conditioning unit that was 5 yrs. old but had to have service on it 3 out of the 5 years. Corey came out quickly (within a day of calling) and diagnosed a bad compressor and needed to be replaced. Luckily this was covered under the warranty. Even though he doesn't work with York products, he made arrangements to replace the part using the warranty. After he replaced the compressor the unit still wasn't working. The wiring in our unit didn't match up with the schematics. (Very fishy! ) For some reason our unit wasn't talking with our new furnace. Corey scheduled a tech from another company (who works with York products) to come out to inspect with him. After they both tried to diagnose the problem and couldn't, they called York directly. A York technician tried to walk them through the repair but nothing was working. Eventually, York agreed to replace the unit. After almost a month from the first inspection, Corey picked up our new unit (not without complications - he waited over an hour for the warehouse to agree to swap out the unit even though York had already approved the transaction) and installed it. Now we finally have nice cool air in our house. Corey was straightforward with us from the beginning. We immediately felt at ease with him and even though he couldn't fix the problem on the first try, he never gave up. We trusted him from the start. He had to amend his first quote to us (since everything he needed to do changed) and was even apologetic about it. We had no qualms about paying the increased amount because he went ABOVE and BEYOND and spent so many hours trying to figure out the problem. (Our dog thinks he's family. LOL) We would HIGHLY recommend Corey and have decided that he is our go-to guy from now on. We will be calling him for maintenance on both our furnace and air conditioner from now on. read more

Corey saved me about 2000 bucks and kept my family nice and warm on these cold nights! My furnace was throwing a high limit error code after running for a few hours. I had 2 companies come out from my home sheild insurance (I had coverage for one year when I bought my condo) and both suggested I needed a new furnace.
