The buyer had scheduled their property inspection for Wednesday morning, so I was pleased when the technician provided with a very competitive bid on the spot, and got the new furnace installed that afternoon. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I ran into the same issue two days before another unit was scheduled to have its annual Section 8 inspection completed. Once again I got a same-day replacement at the same great price. Since then I had Airtime replace the furnaces in two more units (four total), and just had them change out a broken garbage disposal and water heater that was on its last legs--suffice to say their plumbing division was just as efficient and professional as their HVAC techs, and the pricing for those was extremely competitive as well. In short, I highly recommend you contact Airtime for any HVAC or plumbing needs you have. You won't be disappointed.

The first mini split condenser was fried and had signs of a leak. It was over 10 years old. He called Conor, a supervisor, to talk to us about a new unit. We thought given how busy everyone is that it would be weeks before we could get the split replaced. Conor was able to get to our house in about 30 minutes. Sage serviced the second split while Conor was in route. When Conor arrived he went through the options. We needed something soon with the heat we are experiencing. They carry Mitsubishi mini splits. They had a slot for Tuesday 7/21. We had done our research, so we were comfortable acting quickly. Both Conor and Sage listened to our concerns and made us feel like we were in good hands. For the day of installation Jorge and Aaron showed up on time. They were able to remove the old split and install the new one by midafternoon. Very efficient and respectful. They checked the system out, asked if we had any question or concerns. We have a 115-year-old home, and they were careful in our old home. Our experience with Bob Jensen Heating and Air was outstanding, and I do not say that lightly. Sage, Conor, Jorge and Aaron were great. We would highly recommend Bob Jenson to family, friends and neighbors, without a doubt. We ill add that they have 24/7/365 emergency service.

I hired All Day, and was very pleased with the experience I had, from the price point, customer service and install. Decided to get a central AC unit installed in the house since it seems to keep getting hotter. A coworker of mine referred me to All Day, and they were one of four estimates that I received. The side yard walk way on our house is very small and narrow. A regular AC unit would have blocked off/impeded access to the front and back of the house, and thinking of the inconvenience that would create was worrisome. What separated All Day from the rest of the contractors was that they were the only company to recommend a taller AC unit that would not block off the side yard walk way, and still provide the power and efficiency of a regular unit. This gave me a great deal of confidence in their knowledge, capabilities, and how they conduct business. Their quote came in very competitively compared to the others, and they were very responsive to our questions. The All Day team did a very clean and professional installation, the unit works great and everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend. read more

All Day Heating & Air Conditioning in NC San Diego is simply the best! Honest, knowledgeable, reliable, professional and fair price. Our AC died unexpectedly during the heat wave; we had several referrals from my NextDoor app neighbors. The first Co. we tried, charged us over $200 for the first visit, suggested AC replacement and it was going to take a week to get a quote. Then, we called All Day Heating and AC. They came first thing in the AM, didn't charge us for the visit and told us the problem could be fixed. We ended up paying less than their original quote because they said it took them less time than anticipated. They also cleaned the filters and explained to my husband how to take care of our AC system going forward and gave him other knowledgeable tips. They saved us a few thousand dollars by fixing the unit. Honesty you can trust. Seriously! So, if you are in North County, ADH&AC is the way to go. Hats off to Cory and Andrew! read more

We lost our air conditioning during a very Hot and long Labor day weekend. I was referred to Joshua Medina and All Day Heating and Air Conditioning from HOCOA. Joshua was available the same day that I contacted him. His expert team Corey and Eric showed up a few hours later and provided a great explanation and remedy for our problem. Unfortunately, parts had to be purchased, but they called and let us know when they were coming the next day. Corey and Eric took care of the problem, explained what they were doing and how the system was fixed. But it did not stop there, They spent the time to check the system and before they left, got the system running and closed windows. My Dad and I have both used Josh in the past for repairs. He was able to do minor repairs on my Dad's AC so he didn't have to buy a new unit, which was recommended by the competitor. That unit is still working several years later! My wife and I decided to put in a 2 unit whole house AC. Got other bids, but knew Josh would be our man. It was absolutely no hassle (I mean it!). Eric, Cory and Andrew are all pros. They were efficient, careful of our home (wood floors), clean, and quiet. Hardly knew they were here while they were working. Josh and his crew could teach a seminar on customer service. Hard working, but willing to take time to answer our questions thoroughly. We couldn't be happier with the results. Josh is the best in the business. He was very responsive. He kept me in the loop with regards to the parts arriving (less than 24 hours). He had me up in running during the latest heat wave in which he was very busy but I felt like his only customer. This is the third time he has come out to service my AC unit in the last three years (about once a year). Many would have just said it was time to replace the furnace and AC unit but he was able to make simple repairs each year to keep everything running. The team arrived at about 7:30 or 8 the morning of the installation and was done by 2 PM. They easily installed the Nest thermostat for us too that we had bought. When there was an electrical outlet issue at the end, they went above and beyond to have a solution and provide me all the details I needed to have an electrician fix it. This company is so professional and nice! My AC had stopped working. Cory come out and quickly found the problem. I was a plastic tube that was clogged up. He fixed it and went over all my equipment telling me everything looked good. Charged me $275. This is after I got a quote from another company where they told me I would have to pay between $3000 - $5000 to get my problem fixed. One of the solutions they recommended was applying a sealant to address potential leaks. They were upfront that it wasn't a guaranteed fix, but based on their assessment, it was the most likely issue. We appreciated the honesty and transparency.
