I hired Tyler Smith from TMS Electric to fix a wire I drilled into by accident while trying to put up a curtain rod in my bedroom. From the beginning he was super responsive and very professional. He came in, evaluated the issue took the time to make sure he will find the best solution possible. It turned out that he had to access the wire through the attic. Tyler explained to me what needed to be done and how much it would be. The additional costs were absolutely justified. He crawled in and fixed it. We recently moved in to a house that had several non-functioning outlets, and one whole side of the house randomly lost power. After my husband Chase obtained several different quotes from electricians in the area, we determined Tyler had the most reasonable price per hour and was able to visit our house sooner than the other electricians. He not only fixed the broken outlets, but got up into our attic and figured out what was miswired throughout the house. When he ran to Home Depot to grab a new breaker that was needed, he didn't upcharge us at all and only added the exact cost of the part that was purchased. Lastly, he installed some new light fixtures that we had purchased but hadn't gotten around to setting up.
