No probllem as i had done this 50 plus sets before. Well, the normal loop kind it turns out. This 2015 Ford Explorer had a metal nub on the end after I broke off a piece of plastic. I was in Ut-Oh land thinking I broke something. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out as the rain increased by the minute. Off to Monument with much hope. Deborah, greeted me with a smile as I entered. I said I HOPE you can help. I explained the mid-evil wiper control arm. She removed the normal car install loop part and installed an entire new insert, and pulled out a part of that insert and quietly said its was ready for instal. I was still doubtful of this witchcraft and a happy ending. Deborah came outside and installed the first one explaining each step. She might as well had been speaking Swahili and I would've understood better. Luckily, seeing me deer in the headlight confusion, she also installed the second one. I had bought nothing from the store and she treated me like a Monument highroller. Excellent/outstanding customer service from her. I was beyond fortunate that she had the patience and knowledge to solve my Rubiks cube. This will be my go to place no doubt in the future. ( I'll call first and ask Deborah is working :)). Thank you Deborah for all your help you made me and my Unknowing client very happy. Deborah- 10 out of 10 stars!

After he paid, the employee bagged all of his items, so he thought - he did not notice not everything was in the bag until we were about to clean and fix my car when he got home. It was not even worth going all the way back just for 1 item, even though that was the main thing we needed. We ended up having to put everything away and clean / fix my car another day when he has a chance to go and buy another cleaner from somewhere else. I hope the employees can be more careful with their loyal customers' purchases in the future.

On the night before a road trip, I discovered a tire in my car losing air, the culprit being a nail lodged in. Ace auto repair and tire was the only shop open at 7 in the morning, I walked in without an appointment at 7:30. They removed the nail, patched up the tire and completed the work in an hours time! When I asked them about payment for the service, they refused to charge me for the repair. While waiting in the shop for the repair, I witnessed a bunch of regulars bringing in their vehicles for different kinds of issues. The trust and comfort they had with this shop was something that has been built on with years of excellent service. I've been to other tire shops where I've been overcharged for similar situations because I needed help quickly. Ace auto repair and tire is a refreshing change from those experiences and definitely have me as a long term customer for the future!

The AAA tow truck dropped it off here and they took care of the rest. Communication , great transparency, and up to date info on what was needed was readily available. From beginning of the labor , they take many pics of the under carriage of your vehicle the engines problems and everything you can imagine to see by photos what's exactly happened to your vehicle. The mechanics keep you updated on the pricing and the authorizing and decking of particular jobs recommended and optional jobs. There is no upselling or making you do work you don't want done . Antonio is great and easy to talk to and approachable . He explains everything in the printed paperwork they give you as the work moves forward. You can authorize the jobs from the text links it's so simple. You can pay by that link or you can also come in and pay inside with their credit card machine. The shop is clean , modern has a waiting area with cell phone chargers and a tv. Behind the front counter you can see the shop thru the large windows. Even though the repair job for my civic was substantial, I didn't feel like I got ripped off or anything . The good reviews speak for themselves. As Antonio say a frequently, it's better than car payment s! In addition to the photo documentation they also provide short videos of what's going on with commentary and all work is dissected into informative paragraphs in plain simple English in the non mechanic regular person can even understand. Comparing the grades of oil, I got confused and asked Miles for help. He is fairly new but very knowledgeable. He explained and educated me that there are actually two numbers to consider ie: 15w - 40. Miles also gave me some advice about changing front struts on my car and that I might be able to DIY and avoid mechanic and shop labor costs. I dont know why this store has only a 2.5 Star rating. I've read some of the other Yelper review and I agree to give 5 Stars. Customer service goes a long way with me so thank you for your help Miles.
