Mr. Amin and his team are PHENOMENAL with SUPERNATURAL Strength!! My husband and I contacted Mr. Amin literally in the "11th" hour. Late in the evening on a Thursday for an early morning (next day) Friday move. And guess what? He made it happen to help us, while holding his fussy baby while talking to us on the phone. He was Fully booked and STILL showed up the next day!! EARLY, before the scheduled time on Friday morning!! We had Alot to move & Mr. Amin & his Awesome team took the time to carefully & meticulously wrap & secure our furniture and other belongings. Everything was loaded & unloaded with great care and stacked perfectly. We had a blast they were so Professional & Fun to work with.. I have Never witnessed a "Woman" who was a professional mover, but Gina is the Real Deal she is Super Strong.. Lifting Sofas, Beds "Everything!! Gina you Rock!! She was wearing a t-shirt that read "Girls can do anything" and she was the Perfect Representation of that message!! "You Go Girl" As far as pricing Mr. Amin even broke down the labor hours of his team for us.. (Wow) And the amount we paid does not Compare to the work that he & his team produces. You Will Not be disappointed with Alliance Movers!! Mr. Amin & his team are #1 Thank Team!! Alex & Donna read more

Alliance Movers exceeded my expectations in every way possible! I was initially skeptical about fitting all my belongings into just one U-Box container, especially within the allocated two-hour timeframe. But thanks to the incredible efficiency and hard work of Jim and Trey, not only did they manage to fit everything snugly into a single container, but they did it with time to spare! Their systematic approach to organizing my furniture, boxes, and other items was truly impressive. It was evident that they took pride in their work and were committed to ensuring everything was packed securely and efficiently. What's more, their dedication to completing the job within the agreed timeframe not only saved me money on an extra container but also left me thoroughly impressed. Jim and Trey's professionalism, sincerity, and strong work ethic were truly commendable. They didn't just see it as another job; they approached it with enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment for what they do. I wholeheartedly recommend Alliance Movers to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient moving service. And a special shoutout to Jim, Trey, and the entire team for their outstanding service. Keep up the fantastic work! read more

I have to say that this company is the best that I've dealt with. They are very professional and take pride in what they do. Amin called me and made sure that everything was setup as well as getting all the information he needed so that I wouldn't have any issues with his crew unloading my items from a 20 footer truck. I must also add that I loved his energy; he's cool. Eddie and Ishmael were courteous and they arrived early at the storage facility. Eddie called me to let me know that they were in place, ready to assist me. They treated my items as if they were their own. My cell phone battery was dying and Eddie didn't hesitate to let me use his charger. After having a few bad experiences with other moving companies, this is the only company I will ever use. If more people ran their business like this, life would be so much easier; much love and respect to everyone at Alliance. If you are looking for a reliable company to help you with your move, look no further! Go ahead and take the pressure off yourself and let the professionals do what they do best. Let me add, I gave both of them a generous tip because of the excellent job they did and it was done in a timely fashion. read more

Amin and his staff of 1 (Noah) loaded the UHaul in a timely manner and Amin then drove the Uhaul and made a stop in NC to unload my sister's furniture before driving on to GA. Once in GA, he unloaded my furniture and then headed back to MD the following day. Amin's prices were the best in town for the services offered and rendered. He was professional and maintained the highest level of care when handling our boxes and furniture items. He actually arrived in NC ahead of schedule much to our delight. He arrived in GA at 2:30 am (therefore had to spend the night on our couch), and my husband had no problems and felt very comfortable with our overnight guest. My husband then took him to the station ( to 1st catch and van to the airport, and then an airplane back to MD). If anything, I think he underestimated his expenses and may have lost a bit of money on this move. He continued however to maintain the utmost respect, behavior, positive and professional attitude. I would highly recommend him for your short or long distance move and I would absolutely use his services again. Jewell R. ( 12/31/14) read more

We had a dozen big pieces of furniture, a dozen boxes and a dozen pieces of artwork to get loaded into a 10 foot truck. The furniture was in different places in the house and did involve moving down the outside stairs. We had a fantastic experience with Alliance Movers and give them a high recommendation. We need to move big pieces of furniture in our house and eventually will have an out-of-state move. We intend to call Alliance Movers for help! The level of communication was perfect. Enough to stay coordinated but not so much as to overwhelm. Everyone was thorough, thoughtful, kind and flexible. Not to mention well-organized, on-time, strong and knowledgable about wrapping and packing. We were tight on space but they knew how to fit everything in. They were careful with the furniture, boxes and artwork. They worked with my wishes in packing the truck. They were wonderful! I can't say enough things about this company! Thank you Alliance movers! read more

We moved to a new home just over an hour away from our old home. Our intent was to hire moving help to assist with just the heavy items, and the rest we would take care of ourselves. We hired two helpers for a timeframe of 4 hours. My fault completely, I underestimated the time and the number of helpers needed. To their credit, Mike and Tim loaded up our moving truck front to back, top to bottom, then drove the hour plus to the new home and unloaded everything. Total time was just under 10 hours. These two guys took great care in the packing and unloading of our items. We were able to get the heavy stuff along with a large amount of the total items we needed to move. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. My biggest recommendation to anyone needing help moving is to add extra hours to your plan, and add extra helper. It may seem like more money, but the amount of time spent on the move will be reduced, and your stress level will decrease. read more

My family have a lot of furnitures and boxes to move from Maryland to Massachusetts, and after carefully comparison with price and reviews, we decided to work with Alliance Movers, which are definately a great decision we have made!!! First of all, they are very reliable and trustful! The quote and price are up front, they just give you the rate and follow to it. Second, their give the best rate I have ever quoted from all the movers around Washington, DC area. Third, they are very perofessional! They wrap and move my furniture very carefully. Fourth, they came on time as promised! And delivered on time! Fifth, they are very friendly and nice persons. Overall, I gave them 5 stars, and I would definately use them again if my friends or family will move around DC area. Highly recommended trustful movers. I saw some photos posted, and they are true, these photo are Alliance Movers, I am so glad to use them! read more

You know someone is great when you use them again. Met Amin and Alliance Movers last year when I needed help to unload a U Haul while moving my daughter into the Georgetown area. They were great then and are just the same now. Daughter had to move to a different apartment this year in Georgetown. Amin and crew communicate up front, no surprises on fees, very careful loading and unloading and makes sure your furniture broken down and then set up and placed where you want and boxes (which I labeled well) are in rooms where they need to be. It was a hot 94 high humidity day. Amin and Eddie were pleasant through out, even though move involved loading by going down 8 stairs to street level. The unload was just as hard up 7 steps a landing up three more steps and then down a hallway to the unit. I would use them again in a heartbeat (but ..... I really hope my daughter stays put for a while). read more

Amin and his associate Chris were absolutely wonderful! I didn't plan for movers as we thought we wouldn't need them, but an emergency happened at the last minute, and my friend who was going to help me had to fly home. Coming in from out-of-state and knowing I couldn't lift everything myself, I began calling around the DMV for last-minute movers. Thankfully, I came across Alliance Movers! They gave me the best price, even with the slight up-charge for my last-minute job. Besides from their flexible availability and great price, Amin and Chris worked quickly (done within an hour), were very professional and friendly, and handled my items with great care. I will definitely call them again. I strongly recommend anyone and everyone to hire them for your next move! read more

As I said, in my previous review, we can all learn a lesson in customer service from Allliance Movers! We needed extra assistance, since the car was going to be shipped from Virginia to Texas. Amin and his guys stepped up to help pack and load the car so it could be safely moved. Not only that, but he was happy to offer transportation for my girlfriend when she had no car to use and needed to go see doctors for some health issues. It was a stressful time to try to manage all of the different things going into this move. But Amin and his crew were more than willing to go the extra mile and help with everything to make this a smooth operation! I cannot say enough about the extraordinary customer service Alliance Movers offered us! Well worth the money! read more

My wife and I hired Alliance Movers twice within a week, are very satisfied, and will hire them for any future moving needs. We selected them for their combined low rates and consistent 5-star reviews. We considered Alliance Movers money well spent. Both times the moving crews were on time, professional, friendly, and took great care with our belongings. For the second move, we emphasized the need for extreme care given the antiques being moved out of storage. The owner scheduled his most experienced crew. The movers navigated staircases and tight corners in slow motion; constantly talking to each other to ensure a flawless move of each piece. Overall, Alliance Movers performed flawlessly when it mattered. My wife and I will use them in the future. read more

Best Moving Experience of My Life -- And I've Moved A LOT! After many moves over the years, I can say without hesitation that Alliance Movers gave me the absolute best moving experience I have ever had. I wasn't sure that was even possible at this point, but they completely proved me wrong! Jackson and Anthony were absolutely fantastic -- professional, efficient, and such a genuine joy to work with. They got everything done so quickly without sacrificing any care for my belongings. I was honestly amazed at how smooth the whole process was from start to finish. If you're on the fence about who to trust with your move, look no further. Alliance Movers has earned a customer for life. Highest possible recommendation! read more

We recently used Alliance Movers for our long-distance move, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived right on time, came fully prepared, and carefully packed our entire home for a long-distance move. Every item was handled with care, and their attention to detail gave us real peace of mind throughout the process. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and clearly experienced. They made what could have been a stressful move feel seamless and well-managed. We would highly recommend Alliance Movers to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company. They truly exceeded our expectations. read more

The guys did a great job! Scheduled through U-Haul. They packed a 26' truck for a move from Virginia to South Carolina. I knew from the start when I scheduled the truck that everything wasn't going to fit and I would need to come back for a personal vehicle and a second load myself. So I asked that all the items from the basement and second floor, as well as all the furniture take priority in loading; this leaving only boxes for me on the second trip. They couldn't have done better honoring my request. That truck was so well packed no space was wasted and absolutely nothing moved during the trip south. Professional and personable. Thanks guys! Highly recommended. read more

I recently had a very positive experience using Alliance Movers for an apartment-to-apartment move. Amin, the director, called me to go over aspects of the move and continued to check in via text. The team, Jim and Trey, were timely, communicative, and flexible, including navigating a staircase with a turn in it at my destination, all on a very hot day. They took care in loading and unloading the truck and repeatedly checked in with me at both locations. But what took their service over the top was their unfailingly pleasant attitude during what for me was a pretty stressful day. I appreciated their efforts and strongly recommend them and Alliance Movers. read more
