    Mortadella and pistachio pizza
    Andrea Y.

This review is for the $20 weekday lunch special. I don't know how much longer they're running this promotion but it's incredible!! You get an appetizer (choice of soup or salad), entree, and scoop of vanilla gelato all for $20. The best part is that the entree you choose is a full size normal entree which includes pizza, pasta, or a panini, which can actually run $28+ at normal price! I've come several times and the pizza is by far my favorite choice of entree! You can't go wrong with any of them but the margherita was especially good. The dough is so light, chewy, and crispy and the toppings taste high quality. I've also tried a few pastas, the linguine vongole, orecchiette with Italian sausage, and bolognese. They're good but not amazing, however given the price of the lunch special it's still a good deal to get a full size pasta dish at this price point. I recommend going with a few friends and sharing your entrees, it feels like you're getting so much variety and an incredible price.

I didn't. Get a good photo because we devoured everything.

I was pleasantly surprised (which is saying a lot of you know me). We came here for a birthday dinner with my best gals, and from quality of food, flavor profiles, the cleanliness of their water glasses, to the servers' knowledge of the menu and courtesy with each encounter - im left impressed. Apologies for this review filled with run-on sentences - but im rushing to go eat the rest of the delicious meal. Everything was 10/10!! Must try

Came here for Mother's Day and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a Caprese panini that arrived with a pale, insipid tomato slice, a few random chunks of mozzarella, no pesto, and falling apart. The side salad was just plain greens with no dressing. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed and overbooked, but what made it worse was we had no check‑ins, no updates, nothing to hold us over. Only after we complained did they bring two tiny slices of bread for a table of nine. Extremely disappointing. Will not be returning.

This restaurant was recommended and chosen by the birthday girl. She had been here before and knew it would be good for a birthday dinner. The restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. I felt very comfortable, I was treated like a returning customer, not a stranger. Our group ordered shareable dishes. We started with a cocktail, a large salad, grilled octopus, 2 wood-fired pizzas, and pasta. The birthday girl got a dessert. This was the first time I heard of Diavolo Pizza (Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Calabrian Chili and Grana Padano). It was hearty and soooo delicious! Followed by Butternut Squash Ravioli, I loved the creamy sauce and fresh basil on top. The pasta is made fresh on the premises daily. Hours of Operation: Brunch - Sat/Sunday - 11AM-2:30PM; Lunch - Mon-Friday - 11:30AM-2:30PM; Dinner - Sun-Thursday - 5PM-9:30PM; Fri/Sat - 5PM-10PM. Reservations can be made on their website, or by calling 1-323-663-3280, don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary and Te-see sent ya!

Had dinner at All'Acqua and it was such a nice experience overall. We sat on the outdoor patio, which had a great atmosphere -- cozy, not too loud, and perfect for a relaxed evening. The lighting and setup make it feel a little upscale but still very approachable. I ordered the Rabbit Ragù, and it was delicious. Rich, comforting, and full of flavor -- the pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sauce had a nice depth without being too heavy. It's not something you find everywhere, and they executed it really well. The portion was just right too -- satisfying without being over the top. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the place is warm and welcoming.

We came here to celebrate my daughter's promotion and this was her choice since she loves Italian! Very nice ambiance with a Top Shelf Bar and a nice size wine collection! We started with the following appetizers: Grotto misto calamari, shrimp, zucchini, shishito peppers had no calamari legs, just a couple of shrimp but batter was really light and crispy; nice Garlic ciabatta bread, parmigiano, butter and parsley; Italian chopped salad was ok, nothing special; Margherita pizza with mozzarella, basil, parmigiano, sea salt & extra Virgin oil was the highlight of the evening! My husband had the Polpettine which are 2 pork and veal meatballs with tomato sauce and eggplant parmegiana which was ok. I had the spinach fazzoletti(hankerchief) with porcini mushrooms, garlic, white wine and parsley. I enjoyed the fresh pasta and very unusual presentation so I liked it! Server seemed new, never mentioned any specials but the staff to clear dishes were very prompt! I was disappointed that they didn't have the Spaghetti "HERO" with crab or the strawberry blueberry cobler. :(

Did you know that this is the sister restaurant to "Barbrix Restaurant & Wine Shop" located in Silver Lake area? Claudio owns both and last night he greeted us at the door & sat us at a four top near the window facing Glendale Blvd. It was perfect! Love the high ceilings, lighting is a tad dark but use your phone flashlight to read the menu:), the ambience was fabulous and the food off the charts! Jose was our server and he took great care of our table. Everything we ordered came out quickly! We shared everything including: *Diavolo Pizza ~ 5/5 *Italian Chopped Salad ~ 5/5 *Penne Vodka ~ 5/5 *Chicken Milanese ~ 5/5 And ofc ~ sugar rimmed margarita's 5/5 *Full service Bar *Great for large parties *Private Parking lot (medium size) Park on street if full *Moderately Priced *Serving sizes are shareable *Friendly service

I love brunch here. Rose bottles for $5. The paninis are so good and we always order the mushroom pizza. The breakfast spaghetti is great too. We usually sit at the bar. Service staff is always great. Nice spot for brunch or dinner.

Food was all great. Burrata was rlly good I love the combo I just love burrata. Caesar salad was good u can tell they use real anchovies I just personally don't like that it's not chopped. My entree the bolognese fettuccine was really good and the mortadella burrata pizza was delicious. My cousin thought the rabbit ragu didn't actually have rabbit in it and he sent it back when he realized the meat was weird lol so just a heads up. I like how the lighting is dark and there's a couple candles per each table for a little light. Service was great we were having a good time with the waiters they surprised us with a couple of the dishes good recommendations throughout.

I brought my parents here for their wedding anniversary and it was worth it. They have plenty of parking and it's free! The staff are very friendly and helpful, attentive and make sure that we are taken care of. Ambiance: Dimly lit, perfect for nice dinner with friends, or dates, not too loud, and clean. Food: I don't even know where to start. I had their Fettuccine with Rabbit Ragu and it was delicious! Not too salty or had any aftertaste. It was my first time trying rabbit and first I wasn't sure since I love rabbits :( but it is the recommended dish on the menu. My dad had the Pici Calabrese and my mom had their Branzino. They both loved their meals as well. I forgot the wine I had but it was a great accompaniment to my pasta! Dessert: Ooooooh I'm a big dessert person and their dessert hit the spot! We ordered their chocolate lava cake and butterscotch budino. THE BUTTERSCOTH BUDINO WAS HEAVEN ON EARTH. I almost liked the plate it came with lol The chocolate lava cake was good too but I was more impressed with their budino. It's been a while since I've had a lovely budino after Bottega Louie. I would love to come back to this place again! I recommend 10/10 !

    Spinach & Mushrooms Lasagna
    Olena V.

The food was WOW!! I loved their vegetarian lasagna verde - especially the fact that they weren't trying to imitate the meat part of the dish (like other places usually do) and instead opted for adding mushrooms. Their orange cannoli were also outstanding! I was a bit confused by the presence of valet $10 parking since the restaurant obviously had enough space for free self parking. Despite that, I will definitely be back to try out more pastas because I was very impressed!

A new favorite family spot for us! It's exactly what I dream a modern Italian restaurant would be. The menu is what a foodie's palate would strive for! I can't wait to go back and try all the items. They have daily specials as well. We got the Tues $20- a pasta dish, salad and a vanilla gelato. Everyone was also super nice! Great date night, family dinner, girls night!

    Funghi pizza

This is definitely one of those dimly lit, date night restaurants where you order a little bit of everything because the portions appear small. But since everything is mainly carbs, you'll feel satisfied real quick. The atmosphere is a little loud on a weekend night, but it's a vibe. Service is really attentive! Autumn farro salad (5.0) Super light and refreshing. I appreciate the layers of crunchiness from the pomegranate and pumpkin seeds which make it a good contrast to the softness of farro. Burrata (4.0) The prosciutto isn't as salty as I'm used to, but I'm probably eating cheap prosciutto? LOL. It was really good though, and it compliments the milky burrata really well. It comes with a fairly small, toasted block of seeded bread that isn't sliced. It's kind of comical when presented together since you're served a plate with a mound of burrata on top of a single layer of prosciutto slices and a toasted block on the side. We ended up ordering another bread block for $4. Funghi (4.5) Such a delicious and savory vegetarian, thin crust pizza. I liked the variety of mushrooms and how the cheese wasn't oozing or gooey, which made it lighter and easier to eat as an appetizer. The only drawback was that some bites were overly charred at the bottom of the crust. I normally don't mind charred bits, I think it adds a nice bitterness to food when done properly, but I think that since the pizza was so simple, the burnt bits really stood out to me. Fettuccine (5.0) I've never had rabbit before so it was a cool experience! The texture is similar to lean salmon and I couldn't tell if the sweetness of the dish was from the rabbit or the sauce. The pasta noodles were amazing and had a tender yet satisfying bite. I was expecting a more sour flavor profile but was pleasantly surprised with how sweet the dish was!

The list clearly favors organic and biodynamic producers, which I always appreciate--minimal intervention, letting the terroir and varietal speak without unnecessary manipulation. The flight format was flexible, offering around five selections with the option to choose three pours. I went with a sparkling red, an orange wine, and a white--each bringing its own personality to the table. The sparkling red was lively and slightly unconventional, the orange wine had that textured, skin-contact complexity, and the white rounded things out with a clean, expressive finish. Our server elevated the experience by guiding the tasting order, which made a noticeable difference in how each wine showed. It's always a good sign when the staff understands how to pace a flight rather than just drop it off and walk away. We didn't explore the food menu this time, so I can't speak to the full program, but purely from a wine perspective, it lands at a solid 4 stars for me. The space itself is ideal for a relaxed midday tasting--plenty of seating, with a great outdoor setup. The tall greenery creates a sense of privacy without feeling closed off, making it just as suitable for a casual date as it is for catching up with friends. Honestly, if you've got a flexible workday and don't need to be on camera, this is a pretty perfect spot to post up with a glass and ease into the afternoon.
