I am leaving a review for my mom, Nadya G. My mom is very happy with Pierre's service and honesty. He had to perform some work on my gas line as it was rusted and needed to be replaced. Pierre was quick in his response, which is important especially with an older person. His pricing is very fair. She highly recommends Pierre and New Image Plumbing. read more

Had an issue with a water leak, so decided to use Yelp ! Sent New Image a message via their website and made an appointment . They arrived a bit late due to traffic, and I had a prior obligation, so showed them the tub and the ceiling with the leak. Agreed to resume on Thurs morning for $189 inspection , which will also go towards the cost of repair. Fyi it's plumbing only , drywall repair is not included although they do have someone that can patch but not paint . The spout on the tub turned out to be the culprit , so I went ahead and had it replaced. The tech who did the work was friendly and professional, and I would recommend them. Shout out to Refugio and Pierre, who I believe came by initially read more

I wish I could give New Image Plumbing & Rooter 10 stars. I honestly never write reviews, but this experience deserved one! Pierre, the owner, came out personally. He was super friendly, honest, and just easy to work with. As his colleague fixed the sewage drain issue quickly, Pierre explained everything in a way that made sense and gave me clear, upfront pricing before each step. The job required snaking both the main sewage line outside and the bathroom drain pipe. But the part that really blew me away? It was late on a Friday, and after the repair was finished, I couldn't find a janitor to help clean up the mess. To my surprise, Pierre stepped in, stayed extra time, and helped me mop and clean both bathrooms and the main lobby. No attitude, no rush -- just genuinely wanting to help. What could've been a horrible day ended up feeling manageable because of how above-and-beyond he went. If you need a team who's reliable, fast, and actually cares, I highly recommend New Image Plumbing & Rooter. Thanks, Pierre and team! We will definitely hire you again next time. Where do I begin?? The guys at New Image Plumbing not only saved me from having to close down my restaurant due to no hot water when my hot water heater stopped working out of nowhere, but they saved me a lot of money compared to others when it came time to pay. The day my hot water heater went out I started to call around to find someone to help me repair it, everyone I contacted that day were "too busy" to come in for an inspection/repair. It's crazy because nobody cared how urgent this matter was to me until I spoke with Armen at New Image. He understood that this was going to hinder my business in these already tough times, so he did his best to assist me and called in a technician on his day off to come check out the unit. Wow thank you Armen and Pierre! Way to go out of your way to provide excellent customer service. Well when they arrived they checked out the unit and told me that yes it can be repaired but it's better off to be replaced because it's only a matter of months before it goes out completely. I had a feeling it would be time to replace the unit considering it had been in use for 20 years. They didn't know the unit was 20 years old until after they recommended I replaced the whole thing, this proved to me they were not trying to make an extra buck and were just being honest and knowledgeable. Then when I told them the age of the unit we all had a good laugh and agreed the time had come. However I still didn't have a working unit and to order one would take a few days. Well New Image to the rescue once again. They happened to have ONE spare unit that would work in place of the unit I had previously. They brought in the brand new unit and had it installed within a couple of hours. When I received the bill I was shocked, expecting it to be way more than it was for all the work they did in such little time. These guys are knowledgeable, fast, and willing to go out of their way to provide excellent customer service! Recommend ten times over! Side note Health department came in for a routine inspection two days after they replaced the unit. Can you imagine if I hadn't called them and waited on someone else to come in. Thank you guys once again! read more

About double the rate of another plumber with also high reviews. Also, what's the deal with being licensed under another existing name? Sounds like started a new business without changing the name with the state contractor's board.. bad reviews from the original company that they started. read more

The owners who also are the plumbers are amazing, talented, knowledgeable, and courteous. The owners Armen and Pierre helped me with correcting a very old plumbing issue at a commercial property of mine. They came out on short notice about a month ago. I haven't had a problem since, and my tenants are very happy. Thank you very much for your honest and expert service. read more

I called this company for a possible leak in the property. Shortly after, Armen reached out to me letting me know he was the person that would be arriving to check on the possible leak. When he arrived, he texted me to let me know he was here. Arrived clean and dressed professional. He checked around the area for a possible leak and placed everything back the way it was after moving things around. The was no charge to come out to look and he left with a smile even though there was no money exchanged for his services. In the end, there was no leak detected but if I were to call a plumber for a job, New Image Plumbing would be the first place I would reach out to. Thanks again Armen! read more

I had an amazing experience with New Image Plumbing & Rooter. Pierre and his team are very professional and knowledgeable about all aspect of plumbing. Pierre even showed me how bad the roots were in my plumbing line with his camera system. I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Hands down 5 stars! Our water heater was making loud noise. It is about time to replace it with a new one. Arman from New Image Plumbing came on the same day and took a throughout check at the problem of the old water heater. He explained to use what the problem was and the problem was not repairable. We decided to replace it. In a short while, Arman came back with the new water heater. He and his coworker Hosa did a great job to place sheets on the hallway and made sure the draining of the water from the old water heater would not cause any problem on our wood floor. They replaced the water heater and cleaned up the area, very efficient and neat. The whole team from back office to the technicians coming out to do the job are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend New Image Plumbing. read more

After initially being told that a new water heater was necessary by other similar businesses over the phone, New Image Plumbing was the only business who was able to send out the technicians to look over the issue. Pierre and Matthew arrived to look over the heater. The only issue was a pipe that was connected to the water heater that had a pinhole size leaking the water. My wife and I was so relieved! They immediately went out to get the parts and came back within the hour. They fixed the issue in good time. Pierre even took the time to make sure all our faucets and shower heads were was all working. Great value and affordable. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs! read more

This is our second time calling New Image Plumbing. We wanted to swap out our 29 gallon water heater for a 40 gallon. When I messaged Pierre, the owner (on a Sunday), I let him know it was not an emergency- just wanted to get on his calendar for April. Pierre had someone out first thing Monday morning. I received a text that Refugio would arrive within the hour and he was here in less than 15 minutes. Refugio was friendly, professional and efficient! After the new water heater was installed, he walked me over and gave me a quick rundown of the new unit. He hauled away the old one and probably left our home cleaner than when he arrived:) We have more plumbing work to be done in the coming months and New Image will be our first call. read more

I had an emergency with gushing water on the side of my home from a sprinkler system issue, and New Image Plumbing came right away. Armen and his coworker Pierre were so kind, gracious, and on time. Even though we didn't move forward with the repair today (I need to confer with my husband first), they treated us with such respect and care. It's rare these days to meet people who combine professionalism with genuine humanity, and that really stood out to me. I will definitely be calling them back once we decide how to move forward with changes to our irrigation, and I plan to use them for all future plumbing needs. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend New Image Plumbing. read more

A client of mine just took over a property in the hills outside of Los Angeles, which had several big plumbing issues and two sumps, neither of which had been operational for some time. A Google search brought me to New Image Plumbing as I specifically wanted a plumber in the area of the property, and one who worked in the hills and was very familiar with sumps, pumps, etc. NIP was able to get on the job quickly and diagnose the issues. They were also quick to get the replacement parts and get the system back to operational. Communication was quick and effective. I will definitely consider using them again. read more

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We needed someone to come out to evaluate whether we had a water leak. I called around to a few other companies who charged anywhere from $250-$450 for a visit. New Image offered a free evaluation and figured out in less than 2 minutes that we did not have a leak. When I offered to pay the Pierre for his time, he refused. We were so impressed by his work ethic, honesty and professionalism that we are referring him to our friends and family members who are rebuilding their homes after the Eaton Fire and we plan to call New Image for all our future plumbing work. I'm so glad I found this local company! They were able to come out the same day after I called in a panic since we had no hot water. They replaced an old/dysfunctional water heater with a tankless system the next day. Also noticed some old pipes that were leaking that they repaired. Amazing customer service from the office staff (Tina) to all of the team- Pierre, Refugio, Pedro and Pedro have all been super nice, trustworthy and do good work. Highly recommend! read more

The service experience I had with New Image Plumbing was exemplary in every detail. From my initial call to New I mage all the way through to completion and payment, the experience was expert, pleasant, honest, dignified -- even friendly and amusing. It goes without saying that the team fixed my problem perfectly and set me up for even better plumbing in my future. I had an emergency plumbing failure, a back-up that was caused by a damaged line to the city. From my initial call to Tina, ON A SUNDAY NIGHT, to my initial assessment with George (about whom I cannot summon enough praise--I consider it an honor to have met him, quite apart from any plumbing problem I may have had). That goes for the rest of his whole staff as well. Hiring New Image was the smartest thing I have ever done for my home maintenance and my real estate investment. The job was a big one, and so was their success in setting it right. I recommend New Image in the highest terms and without a single qualification. A big Thank You, to the whole superb team. read more

New Image Plumbing came through for us on the same day we called due to a major household plumbing issue. He didn't try to sell us anything but was open and honest about what to expect in the future with our plumbing problems. We will definitely use New Image again. read more

Superior customer service, quality work and great follow-through. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Pierre Ayala, the company owner, fixed two problems, one an emergency, in a very few minutes. The price for these services seemed reasonable. Then he gave valuable advice about three other matters for the future. He knows what he is talking about, and his knowledge of the wide range of plumbing issues reveals the wide scope of his expertise. He was also quite friendly and scrupulously polite. Fortunately, he is considerably younger than I am, and he is likely to be my go-to plumber for the rest of my life! read more

When my wife and I purchased our new home in February 2024, we knew it would be costly to renovate the home, since nothing had been done to it since it was built. NIP came out, provided a quote, even gave me style options and recommendations for the vision we had. We were worried about cost but NIP helped us from A to Z, not only identifying areas we could adjust to make our budget, but they completed everything way faster than expected. Our contractors couldn't even keep up because NIP was so fast and efficient lol. Our place looks amazing to us and our guest, we've had no issues, no call backs, and have recommended NIC to multiple friends and family since. Everyone has been satisfied. Thank you so much NIC we will for sure call you for any future plumbing request. read more

Our old water heater had been acting up for a while and we saw there were like water stains all around it so we figured it had to be changed or fixed. Our neighbors had some work done recently by New Image Plumbing and Rooter and I remembered their bright pink van and called them up. They were very helpful on the phone and worked us in right away. The technician that came out confirmed our water heater was actually spewing water from a broken pipe on the top. He showed us how it wasn't even secured properly either. I had called around for a quote and their price installed was on par with someone else but I liked that he was very thorough and checked other things to be sure it was just the water heater and he explained what was going to be done and replaced. Thankfully they were able to get one fast and installed it quickly with a new gas line and the correct strapping. He did a great job and left everything very clean and neat. We have hot hot water again! Definitely going to call on them again in the future. read more
