This place used to be really good. Meet me tonight. They were just understood because people being out for illnesses. I don't know, but I've booked an advance for me and my granddaughter to have our nails done a manicure and a pedicure for both of us a gentleman that did my granddaughter Nails did an amazing job. The lady that did my pedicure cut me really bad. I'm still bleeding, but she did a pretty good job overall except for the cut on my pedicure. I didn't get my manicure and I had to ask for my granddaughter to have her manicure completed. I feel like it was a rush job. The total bill came to about 100 which to me feels like a lot since I only got a pedicure and she was only six and just got regular nail polish plus they have a reward system and the lady only stamped my card once I feel like it should've been at least twice if not a total of three punches since we had three separate services. read more

20 years loyal customer treated awful today. Don't trust this company. They change the price on you without discussing it first. I always go and get the same services, pedicure and rebase. They have always charged me $100 per visit but for some reason today they decided it was a good idea to charge me more and not tell me that the price of their services changed Until checkout time. Tony was very disrespectful towards me after I told him I would be going somewhere else. I always make an appointment ahead of time and tip generously. WTF is your problem? I have been more than patient with this location! Tony is disrespectful and confrontational! He has canceled multiple appointments I've scheduled! I had an appointment scheduled last week and had to cancel because I was sick w the flu. I asked him if I was able to make a standing appointment and he refused! He had the audacity to ask one of my family members to pay in advance for their next appointment because it's been slow that week.(not our problem as customers)! I will take my business elsewhere where I'm respected! I would steer clear of this location. Honestly I think he is RACIST toward Ppl of color! I walked in for a mani pedi. There are 3 different pedicures to choose from. My pedicure included hot stone leg massage. It was very relaxing. I had a basic manicure and it was quick! I recommend calling before you go because it got very busy! read more

My daughter and I come here every time we get our nails done. I get gel every time and requested gel for both nails and toes today as my daughter tends to mess up regular polish before we even make it to the car. requested and paid for gel for this exact reason but for some reason regular polish was still applied and surprise surprise her nails were already messed up by the time we got in the car. We've been coming for years and probably won't be returning. I don't understand why gel wasn't just used like requested and confirmed 3 separate times for her polish. I have been to this salon a few times, since it's been under new management, as it is up the street from my house. Every single time I was VERY disappointed. Every-time I walked out of there my nails looks TERRIBLE. this last time, this past weekend, I thought I'd give it one more try. I will never go back there again. The lady that did my nails CLEARLY had no idea what she was doing. I wish I would've gotten her name. It was a dip manicure and she must've applied 20 coats of different polishes in the wrong order. She burned my nail when she was filing them with the drill and took a ton of nail off of my natural nail. I had to tell her to go down to my cuticle with the color when we finally got to that step. My nails are not the correct length, the polish was WAY too thick and it took almost 2 hours total to complete my manicure. Later on when I was at home, two of my nails already had the color rubbed off on them. I came in the next day to have her fix them and once again, she clearly had no idea what she was doing. Putting on the wrong polishes in the wrong order and what should've been a 5 minute fix, turned into 20 minutes. I used to love this salon, as it was my go to place for a long time but you couldn't pay me to go back in there. New management sucks and so do their nail techs. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! read more

I've been going to this nail salon for 20yrs and very pleased with everyone, they are very pleasant and fun to joke around with UT is very good at her job and she's the only one that I will let do my nails but everyone who works there is very friendly and listen to what you want and honest. If they don't think a color will look good they will say so, and very honest when it comes to shaping the nails too, but if you insist on what you want they will do it. I decided to try a new nail place closer to my home, and All Star Nails had an opening as I walked in. I got a pedicure and a rebase. The pedicure was awful. My poor toes were cut down very low, it looked terrible, and the green french tip I had asked for bled everywhere on my nails and was on a lot of my skin. I should have stopped there, but a different lady was to do my rebase. It was equally as bad. Lots of powder missing from my nails and they were shaved down very thinly and shortly. The green french tip was also everywhere making my nails look awful. All of this was $85 for me to only wait for my original salon to open so they could fix it. Stay away. read more

HORRIBLE - DONT GO Had been going here for over a year, had seen Tracy all that time and one day I was told she was on vacation.........for 4 months!? After the new owners took over the regular nail techs started leaving with no explanation other than they were on vacation. Desperate I had the new owner do my nails and they were awful, way too thick I couldnt pick anything up, each nail was a different length and they were all so crooked. The last pedicure I got at this place has left me with athletes foot that wont completely go away! Did a pedicure, and only take her 10 mins?! She seems doesn't want my business and was in a hurry. I had done in many other places that take at least 20-40 mins. I have been using All Star for the past 3 years and have never had issues with yellowing, etc. The place is inexpensive and more importantly clean! Although they are alwasy busy, they find time to get you in and do a great job. My favorite is Tracy, but anyone there does a fantastic job. read more

Brought me and my girls here for a girls day pedicure before the holidays and I have to say, they did a horrible job on me. My girls enjoyed their pedi's with flowers on their toes that looked like boxes, but ok. My pedi took a mere 15 minutes to complete and even after I asked the woman to do my feet again, that took another 3 minutes. I will never come to this place again. read more

I went here today and since the new owners have taken over. My pedicure was horrible my toe nails were cut way to short. My rebase was horrible as well, the nails are so thick and not straight. He wouldn't even try to fix it he said it was because of my fingers. The lady kept trying to sell me a bunch of other services that I didn't want .
