After interviewing several chimney companies as well as contractors, we decided to use Owen's Chimney for our project. I am so glad we made that choice! They ended up having to completely tear down and rebuild our chimney from the ground up. And it looks amazing. Better than my husband and I expected, and we are confident we won't have a leaking issue again, which gives us much peace of mind. Ryan and Tim worked diligently for several weeks to complete this project. On top of that, they always kept me informed of their schedule, where they were at on the project, and any issues they came across. I never even had to ask, because I would always get a text or call from Ryan with an update each morning/afternoon. I don't think we could have asked for a more hard working, thorough, and competent team to do this project. They went above and beyond our expectations.

He had it fixed in an hour. He was so kind. He was so educational. He sent detailed pictures to us of everything he did. He advised that in the future we might have to get a new part. Just to give him a call. Honestly one of the nicest technicians that has ever been in my home for anything. He made it so easy. I was sent a text by Owens that Forrest was coming and they even sent me a picture of him to know who he was before he entered my home. I've never had anybody send a picture before.  That was pretty cool. I highly recommend this company. I realize that there's some honest people left in the world, and it warms my heart. Please use this company; worth the wait, I promise. He was also very covid conscious and kind. Thank you for that Forest, I mean it! Thank you for just being you!
