I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.

Joshua contacted me within two hours of my call to the warranty company and asked if they could come out the same day! I couldn't relieve it. Normally you have to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back. The guys called to ask if they could come earlier as they were running ahead of schedule. I said yes and they got here exactly when they said they would. They spent 20 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem and another ten o make sure the problem as resolved. Both Joshua and Jessie were personable, professional and genuinely nice and honest guys. I strongly recommend them based on the great work they did for us. Because it was a home warranty call the price was fixed so I can't speak to their costs , however, to tell you what kind of guys they are. I inadvertently gave the twenty dollars more than the cost.
