I notified management with documentation about the issue and requested reimbursement. I was told they will do an "investigation" first. Despite requesting updates I received no reply to my calls/emails for over a month. After further pressing the issue they emailed stating they will deny reimbursement because they can't prove my missing product was a "result of their cleaning". * When requesting a copy of the contract via email and phone all correspondence ceased with my emails rejected as being "blocked". I know what was in my home before the cleaning and what is no longer here. Based on the billing, missing property, and handling of my complaint, I would not hire this company again and currently filing a NC consumer complaint.

Phil, our designated cleaner, sent a reminder of when he was scheduled to arrive an hour ahead of time and sent a message letting us know of his arrival. He was friendly and personable but also efficient in setup and work. He worked tirelessly for over two hours. There were a few stubborn clay stains from our pet's paws that Phil deep-cleaned repeatedly until they disappeared. In addition, the price estimate was "spot on." Once Phil arrived, the items to be cleaned were given an up-close exam and a final price for cleaning. I liked knowing what the final bill was going to be before Phil began cleaning. Due to the lack of and short cut taking they cost my insurance company almost 400k to restore my home which was a ridiculous amount for the amount of damage that TriCo claimed. I had to have other companies come behind them and fix things that Tri-Co was not capable of completing and or fixing correctly. They used lesser quality materials and installed items I did not want or ask to have in my home. And on top of this amount, they wanted me to use the replaceable content $ to pay for some of the work. Greed, greed, greed. So sad. Clint Pressley attempted to advantage of my vulnerability while he is married. Chad and his crew smoked marijuana on my property while on the job. I have so many rude text messages and conversation recordings to back this. Not sure if the insurance man was in on this robbery with these guys, but he would side in with them when I called him for support. Very, very sad. I decided to complete a review upon my last text message to them about two outlets that have not been properly installed and a continued leaking issue in basement where the company cut through my brick and did not patch the area afterwards.
