This was definitely understandable as the other companies had given me a similar late May/early June timeframe. Well, Omar in their office did call on Monday...with an offer to do the job on Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday came, and Julio and his crew arrived right on schedule. They worked quickly and efficiently to take down the limbs and branches that were blocking the sun from reaching our garden and threatening our power lines. They were done in under two hours, and that included very thorough cleanup. Responsive, affordable, and professional, Green Bear left a strongly positive impression, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This was a mistake because I believe he stopped working shortly after I left home. I called, asking him to return to complete the work. It's been four weeks and he has yet to return my call. He spoke extensively about being a Christian and speaking in tongues. Don't let this act fool you. I'm very disappointed in his work and in his ethics, and do not recommend his service.

The estimator showed up on time and we agreed on a price to remove a Crepe Myrtle in my front yard that had roots growing into my sewer line. The scheduler called me within 24 hours of the estimate and emailed me my official proposal. I signed it and got on the schedule. The crew called me the morning of service and gave me an arrival time. They showed up exactly when I was told and got right to work. The tree came down quick and they cleaned up as they went.
