The estimator showed up on time and we agreed on a price to remove a Crepe Myrtle in my front yard that had roots growing into my sewer line. The scheduler called me within 24 hours of the estimate and emailed me my official proposal. I signed it and got on the schedule. The crew called me the morning of service and gave me an arrival time. They showed up exactly when I was told and got right to work. The tree came down quick and they cleaned up as they went. When they were almost done the stump grinding crew showed up. They got rid of the stump, raked and shoveled all of the sawdust back into the hole, raked the leaves left over, and blew off my driveway.
