The estimator showed up on time and we agreed on a price to remove a Crepe Myrtle in my front yard that had roots growing into my sewer line. The scheduler called me within 24 hours of the estimate and emailed me my official proposal. I signed it and got on the schedule. The crew called me the morning of service and gave me an arrival time. They showed up exactly when I was told and got right to work. The tree came down quick and they cleaned up as they went. When they were almost done the stump grinding crew showed up. They got rid of the stump, raked and shoveled all of the sawdust back into the hole, raked the leaves left over, and blew off my driveway. When they pulled away it was as if they were never here (minus the open spot where a tree used to be). Time from pulling up to leaving was no more than 1.5 hours. Bravo gents! I highly recommend Godspeed Tree Service! They proved why their Google reviews are so high. I would hire them again if I had anymore trees I wanted to disappear.

Besides providing a…read morecomparable quote to remove the single tree, Pegram provided an enticing quote for all-day service of five guys, which would extend far beyond the single tree. We are glad that we hired them for the entire day. They brought a chipper, small stump grinder, Bobcat, and dump truck to adequately deal with our job. A skilled climber dealt with the tall trees that needed removal or pruning and others dealt with the ground-level items, including 10 stumps that had been left by the previous owner. The area is on a slope near a lake and care was taken to appropriately deal with the wood, including stacking the smaller pieces for our future use and hauling off the rest. They cleared a lot of brush along our lake, which would have been a lot of effort for us. Throughout the day, they attended to any questions or requests that we had. We are pleased with the results and would hire Pegram again.

After two large trees fell on our property, we called Ken's Tree Service, and they responded…read morequickly. They came out right away, assessed the damage, and provided a fair quote to remove the fallen trees. What really impressed us was their willingness to go above and beyond. They noticed that our fence had been severely damaged by the fallen trees and even installed a temporary fence so we could safely let our dogs outside while we worked through the insurance process. They also took the time to inspect all of the other trees on our property to ensure they were safe to remain standing. That extra attention to safety gave us tremendous peace of mind. When our insurance claim took longer than expected, Ken's Tree Service offered to replace the fence as well. Their quote was the lowest of several estimates we received, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. They installed an entirely new fence in record time, and it looks absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, caring, and efficient. It's rare to find a company that not only does excellent work but also genuinely looks out for its customers. We highly recommend Ken's Tree Service and will not hesitate to call them again in the future.
