After my first review, I was contacted multiple times by several different people from the business…read moreincluding the owner. I was asked to allow them to make good. Though I hesitated I am a man of second chances. Tim contacted me, wanted me to remind him of the job so he could make sure he was quoting the right thing. I did and he sent me a message quote. I ended up allowing them to the do the work not because they were the cheapest but because of the explanation of what needed to be done and how they would do it. The main issue was that I had some leaks and needed some roof repair. I also asked for some gutter guards as well. I was given a date and they showed up promptly. The main guy on site was great and kept me informed of the process. A second crew came to do the gutter guards and they do did a good job and was very quick also. During the roof repair, as the guys were walking, a couple planks were busted which caused more leaks. There was no way the crew would have known this at the time but when I realized it I called Tim back and he scheduled a time to have the crew return. Again they showed up promptly, repaired those areas and was gone in a very quick time.

Our Homeowners Association and Property Management Company are truly horrid and so many homeowners were fuming when the HOA told homeowners that we *had to* use the contractor of the HOA's choice to repair the roofs and home exteriors that homeowners are financially responsible for. "Or else". The HOA had positioned themself to be the middle-man & control the project and homeowner billing but Crossover stepped up at our HOA Meeting and said "Homeowners should work directly with us". It turns out Crossover is the ONLY good thing the HOA has ever done for the Community. And we don't think they did it on purpose... Mary Jane is the company's owner. She was very well spoken, professional, friendly, reassuring, at the HOA Meeting and answered all homeowner's questions. She gave us all her mobile number an email. She offered free tarping to homes still in need. Then Crossover arrived bright and early one morning and spent the day in the community and inspected each individual unit and supplied each homeowner with an estimate and answered questions - employees sure were easy to spot with their bright orange shirts! We had 2 licensed roofers come to our home for quotes prior to Crossover being contracted by the HOA. Crossover's quote on our roof repair was right on the nose, so, yay! Our roof looked like it had minor damage with just a handful of shingles missing but it rained one night and water started coming in right over a bunch of electrical - ugh! We contacted Mary Jane well past normal business hours and got a super fast response. A crew arrived at our home the next morning, 1st thing. They were wearing masks (Covid-19 protocol) when they came to the door and were respectful of the property - when they finished repairing the roof they cleaned up the yard front, side, back. Very nice warranty on the repair performed. Plenty of payment options - we chose to call the office and pay with a credit card. The office staff was very pleasant. I've watched Crossover crews work on homes around me and I've seen them lay tarps down around the homes to catch most of the debris. I've seen employees walking the community picking up debris that was blown by the wind as they worked. Roofing is messy business and even more so with the weather we've been having! I highly recommend Crossover. Great communication & customer service. Very respectful of the property they are working on. Competitive pricing.

Oscar showed up right on time and after talking to me for a few minutes climbed up on the roof and did a complete inspection. After completing the inspection Oscar said he would work up an estimate and email it to me. He got the price to me the next day. I choose them to do the job after comparing them with my other estimates. They were able to do the job two days later and were done in one day. Owner and the crew were very friendly and professional and did a good job. They also cleaned up the site very well and hauled it all away.
