Newcomb Maintenance came highly recommended. Unlike the other area contractors, he actually returned my call almost immediately and came the same day to review the job. He arrived as promised, taking a few measurements and making a sketch as we talked. He submitted his quote via email followed by a call in case I had any questions. To say that it was reasonable is an understatement - he came in at a third of the first bid that I received. Amazing. When the work began, Mr. Newcomb arrived with his crew - reviewed the project points and made the necessary introductions. From that point, the work moved quickly and ever so efficiently. Each day the team arrived as promised, worked diligently and only took a break for lunch. Four days later the work was completed and Mr. Newcomb returned for the walk through to inspect the work. Everything was handled with care - from first meeting to review the project to planning the job to execution to finishing and even cleanup. The piece in the tank that flushes the toilet, the rubber was peeling away. It is not something that has to be done now but before it starts leaking. I am really glad he gave me options to fix now or later. I am going to wait because I have only had the toilet for less than 2 years. Nick was very nice and polite. He was also very professional. He wore his shoe covers when he was in my home. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. P.S. You can tell Nick had good teaching growing up, his politeness and manners are outstanding!

PF plumbing was a good choice before they got bought out be a large company. I had them unclog my…read morekitchen drain. This normally cost between $150 to $250 for a short effort of about an hour. They charged me $619, outrageous. I called and complained and the manager agreed to return $179 leaving that cost $441 about twice normal. According the the technician (who did a good job) they jacked up there prices after the takeover but didn't raise his pay. I highly recommend you avoid these people at all cost. If I could give 0 stars I would.
