There was no supervision and no one knew what they were doing. I had to make several calls to have someone come out and look at the problems. Finally someone did. They were great. Changed all the spray heads to misters (8) and added the head that was missed (1) and changed the settings on ones that were not aimed properly (3). And set the timer so the system would run properly. None of these thing were done the first time they had a crew on site. I had to make at least 3 phone calls before anyone responded. After Aaron, the owner of the business found out about the problems I was having, he took a personal interest in solving all of the issues. I explained my problems with his guys and he was concerned enough to make changes to his team to avoid these problems in the future. They use good materials, seem to have knowledgeable guys doing the work and they tried to make things right. Be sure you get the phone number of whoever is in charge of your job. And if you have any problems, call Aaron. He id doing a good job.

I contracted Mathis Home Improvement to install new leaf guard gutters on both the upper and lower…read moresections of my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Initially, I planned to have Mathis handle only the upper-story gutters while I installed gutter guards on the lower section myself. After spending three days trying to complete the lower section, I realized the results neither looked right nor functioned properly. I decided to have Mathis finish the entire job, and it was absolutely the right decision. The workmanship was excellent, and the finished product both performs well and greatly enhances the appearance of my home. This year, Mathis returned to inspect the gutter seams, and I asked their technicians (Antonio and Abraham) if they could also trim a limb that was hanging over the roof. They took care of it promptly and professionally with no charge--another example of their outstanding customer service. I have always done most of my own home repairs, but at 72, I can no longer take the risks that working at those heights requires. It is reassuring to know that I can rely on a company like Mathis Home Improvement for quality work, attention to detail, trustworthy service and a fair price. I highly recommend them without reservation. In fact, I just got a quote for reroofing and plan on having them do the job.

There are a lot of choices in flooring installers around this area and I am so glad that I picked…read moreUnique Flooring. Matt came out and gave us an estimate on the work to be done, which included leveling our slab flooring and then installation of the vinyl and laminate flooring we picked. I wanted to go seamlessly through the house so we bought vinyl plank flooring that could go in every room including the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry since they are waterproof. Matt started to work after we agreed on a VERY FAIR rate, better than most installers. He cleaned up the floors where we had removed the nasty carpet in our newly purchased home and then leveled the floors out in the spots that needed it. After a week's work, which every day we came over to see more and more of a dramatic shift from the previous to the new, Matt finished up the work including putting down the shoe molding and edging around the fireplace. Matt's work was excellent and I highly recommend him for any projects. Trust me when I say I shop around for contractors and Matt and Unique Flooring was the absolute best choice I could not be happier with the results of his work. He is a definite master craftsman.
