The bath and brush groomers are not experienced when hired. Pets Mart allows minimal time per appointment. Nails are not trimmed properly. It seems as though bath and brush employees are learning to groom without experienced groomers overseeing what they're doing. I love the convenience of a neighborhood groomer however, lack of consistency is disappointing! For $10 more per groom my dogs will be properly groomed and dried by an independent groomer.

The tanks are immaculately clean, the owner and staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and you can just tell that they genuinely care about their fishy friends.
