Worst service ever. I sent my dog to get groomed and they cancelled our appointment without letting…read moreus know because they fired our groomer. No phone call or notice. We showed up and they told us her groomer was fired after arrival and that we had to reschedule. I have a doodle and they completely shaved her. They said she had fleas and had to be shaved entirely. Her skin is exposed. This was out of pure laziness. She gets baths once a week, is on nex guard and goes to doggy day care. Never once has anyone ever said she has fleas. She is an indoor dog and has never ever had fleas. The owner is the one who cut her hair and began gaslighting us after and upcharged the service. Her previous groomer was stellar. Horrible service.

My parents took…read moreour 9 year old dog to Calling All Paws for grooming, and the times we have taken her here, there have been no issues, but when my parents picked our dog up, they were less than satisfied. Upon picking our dog up, they were told by Coleen that she will no longer be accepting/providing service for our dog because, "she is not cooperating". She made the claim that our dog would keep pulling her paws away. This was the first time a complaint like this was made about our dog. Likewise, upon coming home, I noticed these razor burns on our dog's stomach. The times we've taken our dogs to the groomers, this has also not been an issue, and when I myself have shaved her stomach, this has not been an issue. No wonder our dog was eager to leave the establishment. We are definitely less than satisfied with the work.

I called RtF and spoke with Sierra who was very friendly and informative on the phone on their varying prices on grooming. She also told me you can communicate via text messages and also to send paperwork (rabies vaccine proof) which was very convenient. When I arrived I thought their store setup was unique. You walk in and you can see the dogs being groomed right in front of you. I explained to Sierra my concerns regarding my dog's skin allergies and previous knee surgery. Sierra was very attentive and thanked me for giving that information and they would take good care of my dog. They also said it was ok for them to use our dog's prescription shampoo from the Vet. I left and after a few hours I received a phone call saying that my dog was ready for pickup. When I arrived Sierra explained how the grooming went and that my dog did well. I was very satisfied with how my dog looked and smelled and payment was easy via credit card. I will definitely bring our dog back for future grooming sessions.

When they grab our dog, they don't mention anything to us and just take them to the back. Which OK I get, but there could be more conversation between us than just taking our dog. When we leave her for overnight stays, we pack the food per meal and when we go to pick her up, most of the food is still there. They have no comment on it when asking how did the weekend go? All we get is a simple, "good." As a pet owner, that does not make you feel good as you would want details. You have to ask questions in order to get something out of them and even then you don't get details... I wonder if there's a reason why they took their cameras for people to view down.
