Sierra is absolutely amazing with our Goldendoodle, Lele! Lele adores Sierra and loves going to see her. Sierra's grooming is fantastic! She always talks with us beforehand to find out what we want done. She will also recommend what is needed when we ask. She is great at communication and will let us know anything she finds on Lele (maybe a red hot spot we should watch, etc.). She's extremely careful with our pup and doesn't take any chances; making sure Lele's secure and comfortable while being groomed. I found RtF on a google search for a dog groomer in Camarillo. We wanted Henry groomed and our normal groomer was fully booked for the next several months. I called RtF and spoke with Sierra who was very friendly and informative on the phone on their varying prices on grooming. She also told me you can communicate via text messages and also to send paperwork (rabies vaccine proof) which was very convenient. When I arrived I thought their store setup was unique. You walk in and you can see the dogs being groomed right in front of you. I explained to Sierra my concerns regarding my dog's skin allergies and previous knee surgery. Sierra was very attentive and thanked me for giving that information and they would take good care of my dog. They also said it was ok for them to use our dog's prescription shampoo from the Vet. I left and after a few hours I received a phone call saying that my dog was ready for pickup. When I arrived Sierra explained how the grooming went and that my dog did well. I was very satisfied with how my dog looked and smelled and payment was easy via credit card. I will definitely bring our dog back for future grooming sessions. read more

Crystal!!! All I can say is my grand pup absolutely LOVES going to visit her. Our surprisingly anti-people doodle will jump out the car and head strait to the door from across the parking lot with so much excitement I can barely control him! Not sure what dog spell she has but he's SO eager to get in there for grooming, and when I pick him up he's sooooo handsome. We were fortunate to choose Ruff to Fluff and it will be the only groomer for us unless they leave or we move. Love the puppy vibe of this place. You can tell the dogs there love them and all the the ones I see coming from here look awesome. I always get asked who's our groomer whether he gets a full body cut, or just a fluff & tidy. QUALITY GROOMING!!! I feel so lucky to have found Sierra to keep my 2 poodles trimmed up for me. Groomers are a lot like hairstylist, not only do they have to do a good job on the cut but they also have to vibe with the client. My dogs (as well as every other dog I've seen her with) ADORE Sierra. They get excited to see her. The trims/cuts/wash/style are always AMAZING, and always done in a timely matter. We've taken our dog to three other groomers. This place was by far the best. Great care for our dog. You can tell they really have a heart to take care of your pet. Our dog has a hard time with getting her hair cut near her face and nails. The lady doing the grooming called us to let us know that they will be taking more time because they were going to call the owner to do it. They stayed 30 minutes after hours to finish grooming our dog. They did not have to do this. They could have rushed the grooming because it was so late. I came to pick our dog up and she was perfectly groomed. Far exceeded my expectations. Take your pet here. You won't be disappointed. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. read more
