I called and messaged about 15…read moremobile groomers trying to find someone and Steven was the only one who promptly replied, despite being just as busy with a full schedule himself. It must have been fate because I can't imagine anyone doing a better job, honestly. He is so knowledgeable and attentive to his customer, keeping you in the know about the condition of your pups coat before and after and what he notices about its health. Something no one has ever taken the time to show us before. It reassured me he knew what he was doing and cared about making sure he was leaving our giant 3 year old Doberman in better condition than he found him. We are full time working first time parents and, in a very cliche way, we of course found less and less opportunities to take our dobie to the groomer. Finding a mobile groomer was essential for us at this point in making sure our dobies hygiene didn't get neglected any longer and I'm soooo relieved we have Leo's Grooming taking care of this for us now. I can't say enough h relieved and happy I am to have found Leo's Grooming!

It is and was a soothing feeling. My 2 dachshund/lab mixes hadn't been bathed since December. Petco used to be our bathing place of 10+ years. Petco has not returned numerous voice messages. The kind person who greeted me also had a calming effect. She wanted to know everything about our dogs. Unlike Petco, she just said OK after I disclosed age and that Tux had a seizure last year. I did not have to sign medical waivers that my dog is 8 years old. I didn't need to bring in rabies proof either (although we had it). I am used to having to pick up my dogs at a precise time @ Petco. Aloha Grooming is more relaxed about pick up time. The grooming of my short hair dogs: GREAT! teeth, anal glands, bath, sensitive shampoo, and nails groomed for $35 per dog (price based on size). Petco was $40 each. That includes all of the above in an extra add on package with a hit or miss dog bandana included. When we picked up C.C. (Bloom) & Tux (short for Tuxedo) they looked and smelled great. I was told that they had full anal glands. I don't know what that means. They accept cash or check as payment. I added a 20% tip. While I waited for my dogs briefly, a beautiful white cat meandered over to us. She or he was quite affectionate. My review is 5 stars. We will be regular patrons to this small business that loves pets and has a very cool vibe. Pictures of our 2 dogs/family members soon.

She always comes back very well behaved and in a better mood at home and we'll continue going since it's doing wonders for her mental health. They took us on a tour of the facility and it's reassuring to know they're safe while they're there. They also have a camera set in their back office to monitor both play areas (for small dogs under 30lbs and big dogs over 30+) as well as someone always in the play area. What I appreciated most is that they ask to do an assessment first. They make sure that doggy day care will be a good fit for your pet and it won't be over stressful. Pricing is very fair and affordable. This means she can enjoy being at the facility a few hours a week without breaking the bank.
