This business has great reviews, which may make what I have to say hard to believe. My parents took our 9 year old dog to Calling All Paws for grooming, and the times we have taken her here, there have been no issues, but when my parents picked our dog up, they were less than satisfied. Upon picking our dog up, they were told by Coleen that she will no longer be accepting/providing service for our dog because, "she is not cooperating". She made the claim that our dog would keep pulling her paws away. This was the first time a complaint like this was made about our dog. Likewise, upon coming home, I noticed these razor burns on our dog's stomach. The times we've taken our dogs to the groomers, this has also not been an issue, and when I myself have shaved her stomach, this has not been an issue. No wonder our dog was eager to leave the establishment. We are definitely less than satisfied with the work. read more

I could truly tell from every interaction with the owner from making the initial appointment to adjusting the time to drop off and pick up that working with pets and their families is a passion of hers. She is very sweet, knowledgable and flexible. Her shop is clean and well decorated. I loved my experience getting my dog groomed there and will definitely be back. She is very reasonably priced too! Absolutely the best! I've searched near and far for the best groomer for my pomeranian Teddy and I have yet to find someone who's skilled and gentle. Teddy is shy and can be a little difficult but she handled him with so much love and patience he came out looking amazing! I no longer have to drive all the way to LA to get him groomed. Hey!.. want to give a great shout out to Coleen in her new shop for dog grooming... I met Colleen at another pet grooming place and where she has been my dog , Kiki's groomer for years. My Kiki's grooming is fantastic. She keeps her toenails clipped, ears cleaned and coat smelling and feeling great. Kiki is a 70 pound critter with short hair. Even if you already have a groomer, consider giving her a try. She is personable, professional, a super good with dogs, she is also very kind to dog owners. She even comes out to the car to take my dog in (having some health issues right now) and delivers her when done. Don't have to leave my dog all day. she is done in a few hours. Her shop has great energy. Bath/grooming days can be stressful for our babies. Her shop has a great calm to it. Coleen is the best! I am so glad she is our groomer. read more

Now I understand why so many folks rave about having a great groomer. This was our first time that we've needed a full service for one of our pets. We've been in the past for nail trims and it's always been a great experience, however, we always bathed our two little dogs ourselves. With our newest puppy, a sweet doodle that has a more challenging wavy coat, we knew that it would be best to have the professional services of a good groomer. We were not disappointed. We were a little nervous on how our puppy would handle the appointment, but she did great as the staff are so sweet and caring. Our lil' Doodle came out looking so fluffy and pretty sporting two cute little orange bows as well as a cute bandana for Halloween season. She was trimmed in all the right places and she smells fantastic. We are so happy with the results. I highly recommend Calling All Paws for all grooming services.
