The second time (2020) we had water damage which required all the floors to be torn out and replaced. Not only did they do the floor demo and install but they also fixed the holes the plumber cut into the drywall, retextured, and painted. In addition, they were able to do the job in two stages, so as not to completely displace us during the job that stretched across the entirety of the house.
