I finally got a chance to write this review - but I had to make sure I do because of the excellent service I received from the All Access team! I had planned a graduation party for my brother and last minute decided that why not use our backyard for the occasion. However, majority of our yard was just dirt & woodchips. I had about 3 weeks left to the party and pulled up Yelp and contacted about 7 different companies. The only one to reach out to me - and immediately was Joe from All Access. He literally came the same day, checked out our backyard, discussed our different options and within two days or so we were ready to rock. Within about 1.5 weeks our backyard was done completely. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, he completely knows the ins & outs on everything in relation to concrete. I had a ton of questions and was indecisive on many things starting with - cost/is it worth it to do for just a party - the different layouts pretty vs basketball court. He was patient and always available for my texts and calls. He talked with my family as well, since we all wanted something different and helped finally conclude that the concrete layout would be the best (since the majority wanted to have a basketball court). He even helped us decide the color! I am thankful for all our talks with Joe through the whole process, his patience, guidance, professionalism but most of all his genuine & helpful nature. Everyone who sees our backyard finds it beautiful and the job neat & well done. More so, his team was also very professional - came on time and always very polite. Thank you for everything JOE! We look forward to having more of our family & friends work with you!

All Access Construction was incredibly professional and efficient. My mother had a general idea of what she wanted done. They took her idea and gave her appropriate recommendations for what would be the best retaining wall for our needs. Overall a great experience working with this business. All Access built the wooden retaining wall pictured below - the dogs love it.

After getting quotes from a few different contractors, Joe beat all of them out of the water. He made me feel very comfortable with our project as he spent the time to explain and go over every step and detail. Even on the day of work, we adjusted our plans based on Joes recommendations and turned a too small patio into a perfectly sized patio. We could not be happier with that decision. The final product is beautiful stamped cement patio and curved walkway in our backyard. It turned out amazing. Joe worked with our tight budget and gave us the tools and resources to do some of the work that we could do, ourselves. When we made a small mistake, who did we call? Joe. He knew exactly how to fix our mistake and gave us all of the necessary instructions. This to me is going above and beyond. Thanks Joe and All Access Landscape! We'll definitely be reaching out in the future for more projects and referrals!

Unfortunately, we had an awful experience with All Access Construction. We were promised beautiful work done in a timely matter. However, we experienced everything but that. Not only was the project incredibly delayed - completed 6months AFTER they had promised us, but as they worked they even ruined our property and never followed through with fixing it (even though they had promised us they would)! Our walkway was completely torn up (see my pavered walkway) and to top it off the work that was done was not only wrong but totally looks like garbage! I'm incredibly patient and and saw real potential in this company (I saw initially how hard the guys worked and the founder seemed so friendly and a great guy every time I talked to him )so it's such a bummer to me we had such an awful experience. We also realized he's not a man of his word and lacks ethics around fixing what he's damaged. Beware of this company..you will have a headache working with them and won't see anything close to the great quality work that they promise.

If anyone is looking for a company to re-landscape their yard, look no further. All Access Construction recently did our patio and side yard and I HIGHLY recommend them! The foreman on the job was very knowledgeable and the owner of the company came by at least twice (I wasn't always the one home so it may have been more haha) to make sure the job was running smoothly and we were satisfied. We really appreciated the communication, timeliness, and professionalism of All Access. Our patio turned out beautifully! These guys know how to work HARD. They take pride in their work and it shows in the final product. We enjoyed working with Joe and felt he took our wants and needs into consideration when planning the patio design. He was very professional, not pushy at all, and helped to meet our family's needs. Additionally, I'll be honest, part of why we chose them was because they had a decent payment plan and options. They weren't the cheapest out there, but when it comes to construction, I don't want cheap. I want up to code, beautiful, solid work that will last. We paid just a little more for the higher quality workmanship we received.

We had a most excellent experience with Joe and his crew from start to finish. Joe came out and walked the yard with us and produced a timely and fair estimate for the work to be done. The guys were knowledgeable about the work to be done and completed our project quickly and accurately. The result was exactly what we were looking for and will serve us well for many years. We highly recommend All Access.

This was a technically challenging project involving a steep hill and very mature redwood roots. Standout qualities of this company are: 1. Ease of quoting process Before coming out in person, they were able to give us a ballpark price based on dimensions, fence type, and site images. This allowed me to decide whether to move forward and I thought this was really respectful of my time. Then, Dago, the owner, came for the site visit and to discuss details. 2. No bait and switch In ironing out the details, there was some miscommunication about whether staining was included. Dago was able to meet us halfway with the price increase. This honest business style continued throughout the project and no change orders or unexpected price increases happened. 3. Detail oriented Throughout the project, we discussed details such as fence posts placement relative to tree roots, post height, etc. Dago was both available in person and by email via his assistant Maria. It was also nice to have responses confirmed in writing so that things were clear and there would be no bait and switch. 4. Personality Dago is a really nice person and I enjoy speaking with his about his geriatric dogs, etc. This also helped me not feel anxious about the project, because I felt that I could trust him. For this fence, we received multiple quotes. Two companies were in the $9-10K range, another was around $12K, and an outlier was above $20K. Dago's price was the lowest quote (with minute differences in material) and we are very glad we went with him!

Recently, we had them to a full conversion/remodel of our backyard from awful weeds to nice natural grass, with an irrigation system, mulch, and tasteful plants. I would HIGHLY recommend using Dago Garcia's team for either regular yard maintenance, or any yard project you have in mind. 4 stars for quality work. 0 stars for ethical business…read morepractices I hired Melvin and George from La Económica Landscaping after receiving a written estimate from their coordinator, Cindy, for work that included: * Garden clean-up & hauling - $1,375 * Mulch + small brick installation (combined) - $650 Total: $2,025 And a recurring monthly maintenance fee at $200 The crew did a nice job with the clean-up. Their labor and craftsmanship were good. However, the way this business operates is extremely concerning. Even though the scope was clearly defined both verbally and in writing, the owner later tried to change the terms of the estimate, claiming parts of the agreed-upon work were "mistakenly included." Throughout the process, there were multiple "gotcha" moments, surprise clarifications, shifting explanations, and attempts to downplay what was originally promised. Despite the written estimate explicitly listing a "mulch + small brick installation (combined)", the brick installation was never completed. When I followed up, they claimed it had been a "mistake" in the estimate and refused to honor that part of the agreement. Communication became defensive, taunting, and unprofessional, and rather than resolve the situation collaboratively, the owner sent a $300 refund before we had even reached an agreement, then canceled my ongoing maintenance service altogether. It's disappointing, because the work quality itself was solid. But their business ethics and communication practices are sketchy. They seem more focused on short-term profit than building long-term relationships or standing by their written commitments. They told me the brick feature would enhance the look of my garden. I guess I'll never find out. If you decide to hire them, make sure every detail is documented and signed. Otherwise, expect last-minute changes and confusion about what you actually paid for.

My backyard patio was already landscaped, but it had a small koi fish pond that I was trying to get rid of. I didn't want the fish, it was creating mold/attracting mosquitos to the water, and the pumps took up a lot of space. So I wanted to remove it completely while still maintaining the overall landscaping to look continuous without the pond. Additionally, I wanted my fence to be reinforced and repainted. What sounds and looks like a relatively simple task was actually quite hard. They had to demo the concrete while saving the pieces so they could re-use it later. The floor tiles had to be matched as close as possible. Ultimately, his team worked really hard over 3 days and did a great job. It would never be perfect, but they did a great job maintaining the look so that it wouldn't be noticeable unless you were paying attention. Good experience!
