The lady then acts like we're forcing her to do something out her scope of work. She then mispronounces our last name followed up with an "okay" in a rude tone. However, once installation started, things changed significantly. The crew arrived late every day -- typically 30 minutes to an hour and a half -- without any prior notice. Communication with the contractor during the project was difficult to maintain. The project was quoted as taking 1-3 days but ended up taking 6 days. While some of the delay was due to necessary leveling work, the first day consisted only of carpet removal with less than 4 hours of actual work. The flooring itself looks great. However, the finished work left several issues: gaps along the baseboards, paint damage on the walls, and pink staining in multiple areas. One gap measured nearly 1/4 inch and was only addressed after I raised it myself-- it was not proactively caught or fixed by the crew. Additional smaller gaps remain unresolved. The walls and baseboards were noticeably more damaged after installation than before. The initial impression was positive, which made the overall experience all the more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
