I got rear ended shortly before a scheduled road trip and they got it done, beautifully, and got it done on time. and just FYI, I was a young woman alone, and I know nothing about cars, and I had to juggle a lot of car insurance confusion, and they gave very helpful advice about that, and they never treated me like I was dumb or gullible. Took excellent care of both me and the vehicle. Would absolutely go again. (One note - sometimes they don't seem to communicate internally very well... sometimes one staffer doesn't know what the other one is doing or has told you previously, or you have to tell all the information all over again each time you speak to someone else, etc. But if you're a little patient and persistent they really do deliver.) I took my Kia Telluride here on an insurance claim for minor damage to the rear bumper cover. I was very happy with the professional level of the staff I spoke with and the communications of the staff throughout the process. They needed to order a replacement part for the damaged piece and it came in a few days early. I had my vehicle back a week early, an added bonus to the process. The cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vehicle was a great finishing touch. Hopefully I don't have any more insurance claims but if I do, this location is my go-to now.
