Needless to say, my SUV needed some repairs and Phi and team did an AMAZING job! First off: This was a no-fault rear end collision on my part. The other party's insurance ultimately paid the bill. There was a minimal amount of effort on my part; and DB handled the paperwork. Auto body-work is not easy, simple, fast nor cheap--exactly the opposite, in my experience of driving in San Francisco for nearly 40 years. My car enthusiast friend and fellow Lexus owner, pointed me to DB and Phi. My friend had work done to his Lexus about a year prior and was VERY satisfied with the job. I trust his judgment, since my experience is limited to a very specific body-shop that specializes in German cars. Phi sized up my 2021 Lexus RX350. The rear bumper, cover, exhaust diffusers and sensors were all damaged and needed replacing and painting. (Phi told me that a Lexus shop had to calibrate the new parking sensors) I arranged a Monday to bring the car in; and DB fixed the car and had me back in by Friday, the same week. The Lexus looked better than before the accident. The new bumper and rear-end components looked and function perfect! I'm happy with the job. read more

Have used this shop in the past and body and fender work was good for the price. I called today for an estimate and the guy told me to come down. I took time off from work and headed over. Once I arrived, the fellow indicated the estimate would cost $200 and be returned after work completed. That information would have been useful beforehand. I then went to Lee Auto Body that did the estimate for me snd charged nothing. I guess management has changed and DB wants to nickel and dime their customers even before they've secured the job. I don't recommend this shop based and the bare and switch I encountered after brining many clients there and using them on my card for years. Too bad! read more
