I give Cal Auto Body 5 star all the way around. -Just out of the blue drove by my old neighborhood to pay a visit say to an old friend chao that owned a body shop -rest is soul . And was going to get a small loose bracket & loose screws tighen up , but die not get anyone to help. Then drove down the street saw Cal Auto Body and met Nana . Gunther at Cal Auto Body is the man! He bent over backwards to make my rear bumper look great. I came to them with a tough job - the previous owner had done a bad DYI job trying to attach a bumper that we didn't realize wasn't quite the right shape for the car. Gunther worked magic and made it look better than I thought possible, at an extremely reasonable price. Would absolutely bring my car here again . Real car people that take pride in making cars look great. Thank you Gunther and Cal Auto Body! read more

If I can give 100/ 5 stars I would! I stopped by Cal Auto Body because I was a clutz and bumped into a pillar as I was backing my car out of a spot.. and lucky me, the dent prevented me from opening my door fully :( I initially came to get a quote but Gunter and Marlon were nice enough to fix the my car dent on the spot and to my big surprise, free of charge! I was honestly shocked how fast they were able to fix my car and sure, there are still some marks on my car but it beats having to get a whole new bumper! The people at this auto body shop are so kind and care about people. They also do great work!! Would definitely recommend coming here for any of your car troubles :) read more

This lady is a scam artist please do yourself a favor and DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. She gave me a low quote when the insurance company said this was a prefer body shop. I came back a month later with the quote she had given thur the insurance, i told her i would pay out pocket. As soon as i said that she said o i need to revise the statement charging me almost 400 dollars more than original quote, claiming her rates have gone up. A true bait and switch. I expected her to honor her original quote because it was a fair, but instead of giving me a deal she raised the price. Dont let her smile fool you ,she is like all the body shop a true scam artist. read more

Cal Auto Body did a fantastic job with my car. Everyone there was friendly and professional. It looks better now than when I bought it new. The process was so easy and seamless, from start to finish. I was rear ended and my bumper was ruined. I didn't really know where to go to repair my car. My friends recommended cal auto body to me and they are diamond certified. I took it in, they took care of all the paperwork, insurance correspondence, and the estimate was approved in 1 day. Everything was completed in less than a week. They texted me with the progress along the way. My car was detailed both inside and out and is shiny and brand new, better than the day I bought it. Thank you to everyone at cal auto and especially Nana for the stellar work and service! read more

If I could give a million star rating, I would. I was blown away by the customer service and the communication throughout the process. The staff was genuine and the owner Nana was the greatest, very personable and informative. They made me feel at ease the entire time even when I was frustrated about the damage to my car. I liked how the shop uses a text messaging system that would update me about the progress of my car. I do hope my car doesn't get jacked up again but if it does I know absolutely who I'm going to. No brainer, if you need a body shop this is the one to go to. read more

The staff here go above and beyond, they helped guide me through the steps and questions I had about my vehicle and my insurance, cared more for my family's mental and physical well being than anything else, and assisted with helping me get a rental for my family, they stayed open late for me, they came in on days they are closed, their mindset is focused not only about the vehicle, but to help as best you as best as they can, and they do that EXTREMELY well. Unfortunately this is the second accident I've been in where I've needed body repairs to my car. Fortunately, I knew right away which shop I was going to! Just picked up my car from Cal Auto Body and just like my first visit, from start to finish the service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. Again, they worked with my budget (within reason) and my car looks good as new! Getting in an accident and having to bring your car in for damage repairs (twice-ugh!) is not a fun situation to be in, but it's comforting knowing that the Cal Auto Body team is there to work their magic and get the job done beautifully. I couldn't recommend Cal Auto Body more! Thank you :) read more

First off, customer service is hands down AMAZING. Nana and Manny are both great. As my car was being worked on, they were very open with communication and calling with updates. Cal Auto Body didn't just fix my car, their repair brought customers life back on track. My car is not worth a ton, but is the core of my everyday life and the most important asset for my job. My story started with a collision. Facing unreasonable claims and financial loss, my day was worsen by irresponsible tow services. I was at a point to accept that my car was totaled. Money aside we had so much memories with the car. Everything changed until an old friend referred me to Cal Auto Body. It was a busy weekday soon before Thanksgiving. The shop was hands full with a couple more expensive cars in progress, but Manny gave my car the attention needed and on point analysis of the repair. The estimate was already better than I expected. Manny further ensured me with clear hour rate of items printed on the wall. I left the shop with all the information I needed and an instant relief with confidence. My car was hit from the side and needed an axis replacement, fender replacement that is otherwise limiting my door. During the week of repair, Manny was able to answer my questions and gave me practical ETA. He was able to locate used parts needed to give me the best price-to-function ratio. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned inside out. They didn't have to but went beyond to restore my fender and door to usable condition. What could have got me thousands is now less than a fraction. Thanks to Cal Auto Body's service with heart, I'm one happy customer back on the road, working harder to prepare for tougher times in life. read more

My best friend Mikhail suggested Cal Auto Body for my Lexus rx450h 2022 after I got heat and run accident and also someone vandalised interior and some exterior, I am glad that I listened my friend, because experience I got is the proper first experience you should ever get at a car body shop! At First it looked incredulously when woman came to do the estimation of car damages, usually women are good with nails, eye-lashes and all other girly stuff, that's how I thought before coming to Cal Auto Body but I changed my mind after first 5 seconds after estimation started. Thank you so much to Nana, with her perfect Pro-Eagle Eye she got everything that normal people who don't understand car structure would never ever find, I thought I am pretty good with cars, but when she started naming all the parts and very small details, I was quite impressed! Seriously, you can not see but also feel with all your existence that Nana doesn't just do her job but she is also living it. I am endlessly thankful to my friend Mikhail for recommending me Cal Auto Body and I am very much thankful to Nana and all her team for kindness, amazing service, incredible professionalism and great support! I hope the universe would keep me away from any accidents, but if there is a need Cal Auto Body the name I will use and recommend to all of you!!! Sincerely, Sergey read more

My son's car needed body work, and Cal Auto Body gave us a really good price. The last body shop we used took several months to complete work on our vehicle and in the end we weren't satisfied with the results. Cal Auto Body was the complete opposite experience - they did a super job and they finished the work very fast! We were worried that the work would cost too much but the prices were actually reasonable, affordable, and more than fair. tl;dr: Nana is phenomenal, trustworthy, and Cal Auto Body will provide an A+ experience. Brought my 2010 Honda Accord to Cal Auto Body for a complete detail and Nana buffed out some scratches on the driver's side door as well as paint transfer (I believe someone pushed a shopping cart past my car and scraped it). She was very communicative throughout the whole process and the best part of my experience was that Nana was reachable via text as well as over the phone - nearly every time I called her, she picked up the phone, and the one time I missed her and left a message, she called back within 15-minutes. Nana was also immensely transparent in her process and discussion of rates - what I had thought were just scratches Nana informed me were key marks on the hood of my car, which I asked Cal Auto Body to fix. She recommended I file a vandalization claim through insurance and she walked me through her suggestion. The hood looks phenomenal and overall, my car looks like it was just driven off the dealership lot. I've never seen my dashboard so shiny before. Nana explained there was also some oxidation on the side of my car - I decided to hold off temporarily on fixing it, but will likely return to have it taken care of. Thank you again! read more

Cal auto body and their crew are s People that do more than needed to help their customers. I had a 2008 Subaru forester that the driver door handle stopped working, after 1 week climbing in through the passenger door I brought it too them. Diamond Certified Award Body Shop. Why go elsewhere when you can choose an auto body shop that has earned the prestigious Diamond Certified Award? You wouldn't. Neither would I. I'm glad I didn't. I made an appointment and met Nana. This is her business, so she is obviously well versed in auto body work as well as auto insurance. She made everything easy for me to understand, offered sage advice, and while we were talking one of her staff buffed out some paint transfer on my bumper! Nana smoothly managed everything my car needed with my insurance. After giving me the written estimate she immediately coordinated the work needed and my insurance. Literally less than a few days later my car had an appointment to be repaired. OH WAIT - you have no idea what happened! While shopping someone rammed their car door into my parked car door. She did it with so much force - there was a huge dent! Then she drove off. If my daughter wasn't in the car to witness it and photograph the car/license plates...some people are so dishonest and awful. This is why I prefer to walk a little more to park my car further away in an end spot where I know no one will damage it. Aaaanyway, my car was gone for a week as estimated and when I got it back? Detailed. Shiny. Gorgeous! My car looks brand new! I love it! I can't even tell it had paint transfer marks on the bumper and that ugly dent on the side door. My car is faaaaaaaabulous again! Nana called the next day to follow up with me. I respect that confidence in ones work. Five stars for perfection: Honest, straightforward, diamond certified level work by a really great business owner and her skilled, talented staff. I put my full confidence behind this 5 star review/recommendation! *bookmark this one in case someone you know needs an auto body shop! read more

I wanted to wait to write my review until after I drove my car around for a while, made sure nothing popped off or anything and now that I've delayed it long enough, I need to write about how amazing Cal Auto Body is! I brought my SUV in for repairs, I was so nervous picking a place but so glad I ended up here! Manny was so nice the entire time, and would send me updated photos as they worked on my Explorer! I dropped it off a few days before Christmas, so I knew it would take some time, and about 2-3 weeks later, I got my Explorer back good as new! I could not be any happier with my experience and will be returning if I need any body work done! read more
