    Broken mirror

    Willy and the guys at Network Collision did an amazing job at a great rate. Mirror on my Audi Q5 was damaged and a lot of other shops were telling me I needed an entirely new unit with cameras, electronics and everything. Network Collision helped me replace just the broken framing and plastic bits and saved me a ton. Plus their paint matching is factory quality. A+++

    I only have great things to say about this place! My car was damaged in the rear end with a cracked tail light and originally I was going to pay out of pocket but ended up switching insurances and went through them instead. Before going through insurance I needed my cracked tail light fixed so they ordered the part for me and didn't charge me for labor. I talked to a few body shops before going through with the main repairs for my car and felt the most comfortable with Network Collision. I didn't have insurance coverage for car rentals and Willy was also kind enough to help me out with that part as well. He was extremely kind and communicative throughout the whole process and would message me updates about my car. It felt like a family member was helping me with my car needs. All the workers here are great. Will recommend this place to friends in the area if they ever have car troubles!

    I have a BMWi3 and I've needed to replace my driver side door handle three times now. My good friend Diana highly recommended Network Collision for their excellent customer service and reliability. I had initially gone to BMW of San Francisco for a quota and was highly overwhelmed by their prices. Willy and his team took me in same day, and got my car back a week later. When I came to pick up, I had a wash and detailing, two new tires and alignment, and a very secure door handle. Willy kept in touch almost everyday to update me about orders, timeframes, and questions. Their prices are super affordable! They provided hardly no service fee compared to dealerships, and are amazing at what they do. They are such good people who will take care of you. I will never go anywhere else. I drove from Oakland 2-3 times for this service and I'd do it again x10! I am overwhelmingly pleased and will only recommend Network Collision moving forward. Thank you Willy and team!

    Highly recommended, paid out of pocket for a fender bender, quick estimate, they ordered parts and following week appointment and repair in 2days! Would use them again. Parking is small but available on street near Lucky Chances. Thank you for a great job, car looks like new!

    This was my second time bringing my vehicle to Precision Auto Body & Detail. They have always done…read moregood work, or so I thought. Overall, the quality of their service and what they guarantee is spot on, but the attention to detail is lacking, heavily. For $400 I should be getting top-notch service. I should be the VIP of your establishment for the day! And I wasn't. Honestly, it's just simple things that shouldn't be overlooked that truly matter. What does a $400 "Complete Auto Detailing" get you? PROS: Exterior - Wash, Dry, Clay Bar, Wax, Protective Sealant, Wheel cleaning, and Tire shine. Your vehicle will glisten almost to perfection in a way that is showroom quality. Interior - As they claim, "a complete shampoo of the interior including the carpets, seats and floormats." And this is where it stops. CONS: Honor the time agreement! I booked my appointment on Tuesday 3/17 for Friday 3/20 and was told to drop my vehicle off between 8 and 8:30am. So I arrived at 815a on the day of my appointment, only to find that the front office door was locked, dark and unoccupied on the inside. It's not a good business practice to tell clients to arrive or be somewhere at a certain time and you, yourself, are not there. Exterior - No attention to detail for the small things. It's easy to spray on car washing foam and then pressure wash it off. But when you overlook the wheel wells that's an issue. The area that a spray wash just doesn't get it. Don't call yourself a "detailing shop" if you're not going to take the time to look at and address the minor details. My vehicle is White, and just like a Black car, it shows the dirt along with everything else. Had you been paying attention, you would have and should have caught this. Don't be afraid to get down on your hands and knees and put some "elbow grease" scrubbing effort into thoroughly cleaning ALL the parts that needed to be cleaned. If there's paint and clearcoat, it shouldn't be overlooked. Interior - While they also clean and wipe the door panels, dashboard or door jambs, this is where they fell short with the quality of service by my standards. My interior gas cap door was not cleaned/wiped. The engine hood was not opened nor was it wiped and cleaned either. (See pictures) It's not like I was asking for a steam cleaning of the engine bay, but nonetheless, it's a door with a crease and hinges. If your claim is "we wipe the door panels and door jambs," under the hood shouldn't have been overlooked. Again, details matter. Honestly, you didn't even try and make an attempt and it shows. The sad thing about this whole process compared to other detail shops is they don't "Deliver" your car to you. They don't walk you out to your vehicle and go over the details of everything that they did and inquire about your level of satisfaction. Because if it's not right they'll fix it. Unfortunately at Precision Auto Body & Detail you just walk in, pay, get your keys back, and then off you go. On to the next one. I've been to other auto detail shops that treat you like royalty from start to finish that are equally comparable in price. Maybe I'll spend the extra $200 somewhere else going forward, that I know for certain won't overlook the simple and minor details.

    I have actually been here a many times for estimates when I was involved in accidents from my…read moreinsurance. I never actually did any work until my car was involved in an accident making it not drivable. The car was actually towed here and the staff did not bother to reach out or acknowledge that the car has arrived at their shop. I actually had to call in to see if they did any estimates or begun any work on the car. I then signed and submitted all the required paperwork from them to start the tear down and repairs. A month has then passed where they had my car in their possession and insurance already approved the tear down and repairs. There was no communication whatsoever on the status of the repairs and I called asking for an update and received no response back. I actually went in person to check on the status and my car was nowhere in sight at the shop. I spoke with Fernando and he told me they are working on the car. Fast forward and patiently waiting 2 weeks later I receive a call that my car was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk who was very rude and did not acknowledge my presence. After paying them my deductible and having them retrieve my car, they simply left my car key in the seat and walked away. Customer service here definitely needs improvement. After picking up my car from Auto 360, I immediately noticed issues. The pre-collision system had stopped working, and the wheels were creaking. I brought the car back the very next morning and spoke with Fernando again. Surprisingly, he didn't seem shocked to see me return and gave the impression he already knew about the problems with the repairs, yet still let me drive off with the car in that condition. I do give them credit for the body work, as the paint matching and blending was on point. Another month passed with no updates. When I followed up in person, I was told to give them another 2 days, as they sent my car for an alignment. Eventually, I did get a call saying the car was finally ready. In my experience, it seems like delays might be tied to issues with insurance reimbursements, as they submitted multiple supplements to my insurer for additional approvals. If you are considering bringing your car here, be prepared for a long wait and double-check their work thoroughly. Hopefully you have rental car coverage or else the wait will be unbearable. If something isn't right, don't just leave a review here. Speak up and hold them accountable. To their credit, as an apology for the 2 month delay, they replaced my bald tires and performed an alignment as a courtesy.
