Exceptional service deserves to be recognized, and that's exactly why I'm writing this review. I first reached out to JP Auto Body on Yelp around 4:00 PM on a Friday. They close at 5:00 PM, so they could have easily waited until Monday to respond. Instead, they got back to me at 4:50 PM, just 10 minutes before closing. That small gesture immediately told me they genuinely cared about their customers. Since I didn't see the message until after they had closed, I called the next morning. Tony answered and somehow found a way to fit me into their already busy Saturday schedule. From our conversations over the phone and meeting him in person, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping people. He was professional, reassuring, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier. At the shop, I met Peter, the General Manager, who inspected my car and handled everything with the insurance company. His knowledge was obvious within minutes. He explained every step of the process clearly and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my car with them. I dropped my car off the following Monday after getting a rental. Throughout the repair, Monica kept me updated, so I never had to wonder what was happening. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and they completed the repairs exactly when they said they would. One thing that really stood out was when I mentioned I wanted to drive a Tesla rental. The rental through Enterprise didn't fit the insurance company's daily allowance, so I figured I'd have to settle. Instead, Peter immediately started working on another option and within an hour had everything arranged so I could get a Tesla rental through Hertz. He didn't have to do that, but he did because he wanted to make the process as easy as possible for me. When I picked up my car, I honestly couldn't believe it. It looked brand new. I'm pretty meticulous when it comes to my cars, so I inspected every panel, gap, and finish. Everything looked factory quality. You would never know it had been in an accident. Every person I interacted with at JP Auto Body was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared. They don't just repair vehicles. They take care of people during one of the most stressful experiences a car owner can have. Everyone says it's good to know a guy. If you ever need body work, JP Auto Body is that shop. Hopefully you never need them because your safety is what matters most. But if you do, I can't recommend them highly enough. Accidents are stressful enough. He's friendly, proactively provided updates so I wasn't left wondering about the progress of repair, and took care of navigating insurance, from working with the adjuster to getting the estimate approved. I barely had to get involved. While I was waiting at the shop while they were doing a final test drive before handing over my car, I also had a chance to chat with the owner, Johnny, and a couple of the other employees there, and everyone's so nice! After calling a couple shops in the area for quotes and timing, I narrowed it down to either Secureway or Tesla's mobile repair for the mirror with a combo of them or another shop for the paint. Lucero walked me through the process of ordering parts, repairing/repainting the doors, and dealing with insurance. Based on the already great reviews, my experience speaking with Lucero, and the fair estimate they provided, I decided to give them the entire job. They did not disappoint! It took a little while longer than expected because Tesla took a while to ship the parts, but they kept me updated and the car looked good as new afterward. It looked like they washed it, topped up the charging, and had all the protective mats and plastics for the interior to keep it clean. I appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend!

Aaron tried 1 product from his shop, and it worked a little bit but the end result was it was going to remove some of the black dye from the doors. So we let that go and he said I needed a cleaner/conditioner w/silicone that would bring the luster/shine back - but NOT ARMORAL if I could avoid it. He sent me to O'Reilly auto parts and told me to ask for Sean, who I believe to be the manager and said tell him "Aaron" sent me. This was my second time bringing my vehicle to Precision Auto Body & Detail. They have always done…read moregood work, or so I thought. Overall, the quality of their service and what they guarantee is spot on, but the attention to detail is lacking, heavily. For $400 I should be getting top-notch service. I should be the VIP of your establishment for the day! And I wasn't. Honestly, it's just simple things that shouldn't be overlooked that truly matter. What does a $400 "Complete Auto Detailing" get you? PROS: Exterior - Wash, Dry, Clay Bar, Wax, Protective Sealant, Wheel cleaning, and Tire shine. Your vehicle will glisten almost to perfection in a way that is showroom quality. Interior - As they claim, "a complete shampoo of the interior including the carpets, seats and floormats." And this is where it stops. CONS: Honor the time agreement! I booked my appointment on Tuesday 3/17 for Friday 3/20 and was told to drop my vehicle off between 8 and 8:30am. So I arrived at 815a on the day of my appointment, only to find that the front office door was locked, dark and unoccupied on the inside. It's not a good business practice to tell clients to arrive or be somewhere at a certain time and you, yourself, are not there. Exterior - No attention to detail for the small things. It's easy to spray on car washing foam and then pressure wash it off. But when you overlook the wheel wells that's an issue. The area that a spray wash just doesn't get it. Don't call yourself a "detailing shop" if you're not going to take the time to look at and address the minor details. My vehicle is White, and just like a Black car, it shows the dirt along with everything else. Had you been paying attention, you would have and should have caught this. Don't be afraid to get down on your hands and knees and put some "elbow grease" scrubbing effort into thoroughly cleaning ALL the parts that needed to be cleaned. If there's paint and clearcoat, it shouldn't be overlooked. Interior - While they also clean and wipe the door panels, dashboard or door jambs, this is where they fell short with the quality of service by my standards. My interior gas cap door was not cleaned/wiped. The engine hood was not opened nor was it wiped and cleaned either. (See pictures) It's not like I was asking for a steam cleaning of the engine bay, but nonetheless, it's a door with a crease and hinges. If your claim is "we wipe the door panels and door jambs," under the hood shouldn't have been overlooked. Again, details matter. Honestly, you didn't even try and make an attempt and it shows. The sad thing about this whole process compared to other detail shops is they don't "Deliver" your car to you. They don't walk you out to your vehicle and go over the details of everything that they did and inquire about your level of satisfaction. Because if it's not right they'll fix it. Unfortunately at Precision Auto Body & Detail you just walk in, pay, get your keys back, and then off you go. On to the next one. I've been to other auto detail shops that treat you like royalty from start to finish that are equally comparable in price. Maybe I'll spend the extra $200 somewhere else going forward, that I know for certain won't overlook the simple and minor details.
