Unfortunately got into an accident last month that required some body work on my Genesis GV60. My dealer recommended AW Collision since they use OEM parts. They weren't a preferred shop with my insurance (State Farm) but quickly learned that might be a good thing. From drop off to pickup, Tristan was super reassuring and communicative. He kept me up-to-date every step of the process via text and called me when there were more complicated things to communicate. My insurance was super slow and wasted days needing to send out an appraiser to get minor things approved, like a re-alignment and calibration by the dealer which were not included on my original estimate. Tristan was patient, fought for me, and always was acted in my best interest for which I am so grateful. There are a lot of good body shops in the Bay Area. And a ton of them do great work.
