During the inspection, they found that there were some other issues underneath the car and that a few parts needed to be replaced. Peter still kindly helped me get everything fixed without charging me anything. I truly appreciate Peter's kindness and generosity, and I felt very touched by the way they treated me. The second time was when someone hit and run my vehicle. Both times they completed the repairs within the time frame they provided! They delivered seamless repairs and use OEM parts when possible. Both times they provided the estimate forms and worked with my insurance so it was a hassle free process. The staff are friendly and approachable! They also keep good records. And they gave me a complimentary ride to the Bart station when I dropped off my vehicle the second time! The only thing to watch out for is they aren't the best at keeping the vehicle clean when they work on it. Both times my beige fabric driver seat came back dirty. I thought the first time was a one off so I didn't say anything but the second time I did and they immediately called and offered to clean my seat! I had just gotten my car detailed so I was grateful they offered. They managed to do it in a couple hours so I didn't need to get a rental which I greatly appreciated! I did notice later that they didn't fully clean the driver seat and that there was a small black grease stain on the back seat but I'm gonna let it go since they made an amazing effort for my driver seat and since it's my fault that I said only the driver seat was dirty without checking the back seats (I don't have passengers and only drive my car occasionally as I use public transportation so I didn't see it until I had to pick up family from the airport.
