I really lucked out and thanks to Yelpers for pointing me in the right direction. I was unfortunately involved in a collision and wanted a body shop near home that I could trust during this stressful time. This is the second time I have come here. These guys go above and beyond. I had a smashed in front bumper and they helped work with my insurance, gave me a ride to the car rental, and explained everything in detail that they were going to do and why it was the best deal for me and the best quality. When I returned the front bumper looked beautiful, matched the rest of the car, and they even put on their own special coating for the headlights so it would last a lifetime. This is more of a customer review/character reference of Pro Image Auto Collision. A long story short, somebody who's likely deficient in mental capacity decided that not only was it a good idea to break into my car but also a good idea to try to steal my car. I guess there's a good reason why he's criminal because he lacks a simple problem solving ability to understand that modern cars have immobilizer to make it nearly impossible to steal the car without the matching key. While I had my car mostly in tact but with a broken ignition switch. I called a bunch of places around and Pro Image Auto Collision provided me with free guidance on what I need to do. "Khoa" suggested that I reach out to locksmiths as they can potentially help me with the ignition switch and even did a follow-up call to make sure that I'm getting the proper service that I needed. I think small gestures like that where you take 5-10 minutes out of the busy schedule whether you are a paying customer or not goes a long way to paint a picture on what kind of service Pro Image Auto Collision provides. I hope not to get into a collision but if I do happen to get into a collision, what better place to bring your car in than a place that takes extra time to look after your customers? read more

They fixed everything and then some! I'd highly recommend them to anyone! I've seen lots of reviews on yelp claiming many auto body shops are willing to give a discount when you don't have insurance coverage but based on my experience, Pro Image is the only one who really helps you. It made me feel like a guinea pig to visit a recently opened autoshop with no review (now they have one) but Pro Image saved my life. Long story short, my car was hit on the rear and the panel was damaged. I visited several shops and the quote was around 2500 - 3000. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover that so it's too pricey for me. I found Bo, he listened to my story, he sympathized and he kindly offer $700 off. Can you believe that? I totally agree with Alexander's review of pro image. I unfortunately hit a large raccoon massively destroying the front of my car. After calling the insurance company (and not hearing back from them for at least a week) a friend recommended this body shop (I must say its one of the best recommendations i've gotten in a long time, thanks friend :) they took into consideration the fact that we are a 1 car family and made sure our car's down time was minimal and quoted us a way cheaper price than the deductible we were about to pay. With any car accident/collision/whatever comes a large amount of stress and anxiety (no matter how well you hide it.) Then you hear all these stories about how body shops will try and get the most out of you - which adds more fuel to the fire. This doesn't happen at pro image. They will really treat you like family. They treat each car like it's their own car. Khoa explained the different options to me in terms that I can understand. He helped me with the car rental; he me back out onto the street. His customer service is extraordinary. The work they did was amazing as well. I mean, customer service can only go so far. My car looked better than before I bought it. On top of that, they detailed my car: touching up a piece of rubber that was loose, polishing my other headlight to get rid of the haze, and rotating my tires (I had expressed concern about the front ones.) Somebody ran into the back of my 2004 Corvette, and caused quite a bit of rear end damage. As i perused the listings for body shops, i noticed that Pro Image consistently had 4 and 5 star ratings. Now I know why. The work they did was impeccable. The color matching, and the repairs in general were so well done, you can't tell they were done. Khoa not only repaired the damage, but insisted on detailing the car before i picked it up. And he was willing to work with the deductible. When I went back there with the guy that hit me the owner told me "I told you to order it from Amazon and we would install it" (NOT what he said)... My car was broken into downtown before Christmas. They tried pushing the window down & broke the regulator. I needed to get the window up. I called SF Honda & a couple of other body shops but because it was Saturday & before Christmas no one would help me. I called Pro Image & although it was close to closing they told me to come by. Bo looked at my window, took the door panel off & accessed the damage. He told me what it would cost to fix & recommended I file a claim. Once approved by my insurance he would order the part. I told him I needed to go visit my mom so he pulled the window up & got it to stay up with plastic cable ties. I called my insurance to file a claim & they wanted me to use one of their auto shops. I called two of them & they said come after the New Year. I told my insurance company I wanted to stick with Pro Image. Because of this an adjuster would have to see the damage, and the estimate to approve it. Because Bo got my window up I was fine with waiting. On Monday I met the claim adjuster & he approved the work. He also told me Bo does excellent work although the shop isn't in their network. I drove down south for Christmas & the window stayed up. After Christmas Bo called & said the part arrived & it would take an hour to fix. I brought my car in that following Monday went to grab a cup of coffee & before I could finish the coffee my window was fixed. I'm so grateful for Bo & his team for everything they did.
