I accidentally dropped a heavy crate on the hood of my Tesla and left sharp dent. Fortunately the hood had paint protection film (PPF) so the paint wasn't chipped. I reached out to Alex at DentsMaster and sent him a few photos. He was extremely honest from the start and told me that while he could remove the dent, the scratch in the PPF would likely be visible afterwards. I really appreciated the honesty. Another dent repair company told me the PPF would need to be removed before they could fix the dent, which would have meant re-wrapping the hood and spending hundreds more dollars. A couple weeks ago, my car was hit hard on the body line of the front passenger door and I was kind of dreading whether or not it was fixable. I found Dents Masters on this site and contacted him. He was upfront about the damage, expected results, and cost which is great for me. I decided to go with him. In person, he gave me a thorough walk through of the extent of the dent, which was quite large, and the work he would have to do. To say Alex did an amazing work on repairing the door dent on my car is an understatement. The end result looks perfect, flawless. I can't tell where the original dent was.
