I accidentally dropped a heavy crate on the hood of my Tesla and left sharp dent. Fortunately the hood had paint protection film (PPF) so the paint wasn't chipped. I reached out to Alex at DentsMaster and sent him a few photos. He was extremely honest from the start and told me that while he could remove the dent, the scratch in the PPF would likely be visible afterwards. I really appreciated the honesty. Another dent repair company told me the PPF would need to be removed before they could fix the dent, which would have meant re-wrapping the hood and spending hundreds more dollars.
