Scott is amazing. He came to my office at 2EC in the SF financial district and worked on getting a sharp dent out of the rear quarter panel of my CPO BMW 535i that wasbordering the lip of the fender. He evaluated the car and determined that the area may have been reprinted in the past and was reluctant to use one method to fix it and after an honest conversation about what could happen when the dent was pulled out, he investigated further and determined that he could access the area by lacking up the car a bit and gaining entry to the area from inside the fender cover. I let him go to it and went back to my office. A couple hours later I returned from meetings to find that Scott removed the dent and I can't tell if it was there in the first place. Scott is capable of fixing dents I would've never assumed could be fixed without grinding, filling and painting Case in point, I had him do my personal car--Some psycho jumped on my hood, the insurance company wrote to replace it, he fixed it in 1 hour. Scott is incredibly friendly, customers focused and a true master of his craft (and a self-admitted perfectionist which isn't a bad thing given his line of work). He made a annoying 8" dent on a rear side panel of our Lexus that was at our own hand while parking nearly vanish. The service was awesome. I spoke to Scott on a Friday morning, texted a few pics and he was at our house Wednesday afternoon. Within the first 15 minutes, the majority of the dent was pulled. Over the next 45 minutes, he cleaned up the creases in the metal to the point they're hardly noticeable. He was incredibly honest and said it was best to stop at that point rather than continuing another hour to try and make better due to metal fatigue with sheet metal having been stretched. In terms of the economics, a dent-only Paintless repair was hard to beat. The dealership had given me a $350 estimate. Super awesome guy. I can't recommend him enough for his generosity genuine awesome service guyness. He came out to look at the dents twice ended up not being able to pull the larger dens due to bracket problems but worked on the smaller one and he felt that he wasn't able to get all of the dents out so that he shouldn't charge me which was ridiculous. I had to force money on him. But my very favorite part is when he helped me drop the passenger side door interior so that I could fix an electrical problem. I didn't want to do it myself because I was afraid of damaging the door. My mechanic and body shop guys both wanted to charge me $150-$200 to do that. He didn't charge me a dime. Scott showed up on time and ready to repair the dent imparted on my brand new car by a shopping cart. He told me up front the dent was quite sharp, and he would do his best to get it out, but it might not be possible due to the sharp crease left by the cart. After 30 minutes of work, the dent was nearly invisible (95% better than it was before), but since he wasn't able to get it 100% out, he wouldn't let me pay him even though i insisted. He referred me to a body shop that would be able to remove and repaint the door if i wanted it 100%. I'm very OCD about my car, and had just had the car professionally detailed 4 days prior to this dent, and I was happy he was able to get it to be much less visible. I am a little obsessed with my cars. Knowing someone like Scott is out there allows me to cope with parking lot dings a lot easier. He was recommended to me by a body shop a few years ago and I have hired him a couple of times. My neighbor put a door ding on a crease on my BMW that I assumed was not fixable with PDR. Overall an outstanding experience. Scott was easy to get a hold of, called prior to arrival to check in and give me a heads-up, arrived on time, and did an excellent job fixing multiple door dings on our Audi Q7. Two minor dings are now completely gone, and one major dent that stretched the metal (and caved in a large portion of the door panel) is now barely perceptible. I am very picky, and the quality of the work was excellent and the whole job even came in below his quoted price!
