He was able to provide an estimate for the repair promptly using pictures/video that I sent him and made sure to call/text me with his ETA to my car. Based on the make/model of my car, Alex made sure to tell me that he needed to drill a very tiny hole in the door panel of my car (he plugged it with waterproof grommet after the repair) in order to perform the work. A drunk person hit our parked Porsche Boxster S when we were in SF and made a deep head sized dent and another smaller one a day before we were suppose to leave town.
