    Made an appointment to replace one of the damaged factory stripes on my car. One hour after I dropped the car off I got a call saying my car is ready! Came to pick it up after about 30 minutes and they managed to wash it too. I didn't expect that! Thank you again Pablo, Wilson, and whoever else worked on my car! 5/5!

    I can't recommend Auto Collision Center enough. They have a great family of people there. Their work is wonderful and they're very easy to communicate with. Keith, the owner, is very nice. And Pablo, who works there, is very nice as well. The work that was performed is excellent. Thank you, guys. We'll be seeing you again for miscellaneous upgrades.     My brand new Ford Raptor was in a accident, and had considerable front end damage. My insurance recommended this shop, and I'm very happy I went here. This is a family owned shop, everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. The owner Keith, was amazing during the repair, he kept me updated weekly and advised me what was been finished and what's next to fixed, ordered or painted. When I picked up my truck, it looked like it was brand new again, everything looked perfect, paint was perfect, everything. I don't have one complaint and highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle here for work.

    I have been bringing our cars here for probably 15 yrs. and recently had to bring my car in for some minor repairs due to someone damaging our rear bumper while our car was parked. Like come on people do the right thing and have the courtesy to leave a note. At any rate we brought the car in and Keith who is the General Manager took care of us explaining what would be involved with our deductible and what the cost would be out of pocket. The previous day, we had contacted our insurance company in which they also had scheduled the appointment to get the estimate which was really great as Auto Collision had the Claim number for this incident. Within two days which included text updates, we picked up our car and we're totally satisfied once again with the job that they did. The Technician who brought the car up for inspection even said that he had to sanitize the interior (due to COVID) before we were allowed to drive away. As part of their service they even washed the car and detailed the tires with dressing to make them shine. Definitely a 5 star business!

After calling a couple shops in the area for quotes and timing, I narrowed it down to either Secureway or Tesla's mobile repair for the mirror with a combo of them or another shop for the paint. Lucero walked me through the process of ordering parts, repairing/repainting the doors, and dealing with insurance. Based on the already great reviews, my experience speaking with Lucero, and the fair estimate they provided, I decided to give them the entire job. They did not disappoint! It took a little while longer than expected because Tesla took a while to ship the parts, but they kept me updated and the car looked good as new afterward. It looked like they washed it, topped up the charging, and had all the protective mats and plastics for the interior to keep it clean. I appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend!

    This was my second time bringing my vehicle to Precision Auto Body & Detail. They have always done…read moregood work, or so I thought. Overall, the quality of their service and what they guarantee is spot on, but the attention to detail is lacking, heavily. For $400 I should be getting top-notch service. I should be the VIP of your establishment for the day! And I wasn't. Honestly, it's just simple things that shouldn't be overlooked that truly matter. What does a $400 "Complete Auto Detailing" get you? PROS: Exterior - Wash, Dry, Clay Bar, Wax, Protective Sealant, Wheel cleaning, and Tire shine. Your vehicle will glisten almost to perfection in a way that is showroom quality. Interior - As they claim, "a complete shampoo of the interior including the carpets, seats and floormats." And this is where it stops. CONS: Honor the time agreement! I booked my appointment on Tuesday 3/17 for Friday 3/20 and was told to drop my vehicle off between 8 and 8:30am. So I arrived at 815a on the day of my appointment, only to find that the front office door was locked, dark and unoccupied on the inside. It's not a good business practice to tell clients to arrive or be somewhere at a certain time and you, yourself, are not there. Exterior - No attention to detail for the small things. It's easy to spray on car washing foam and then pressure wash it off. But when you overlook the wheel wells that's an issue. The area that a spray wash just doesn't get it. Don't call yourself a "detailing shop" if you're not going to take the time to look at and address the minor details. My vehicle is White, and just like a Black car, it shows the dirt along with everything else. Had you been paying attention, you would have and should have caught this. Don't be afraid to get down on your hands and knees and put some "elbow grease" scrubbing effort into thoroughly cleaning ALL the parts that needed to be cleaned. If there's paint and clearcoat, it shouldn't be overlooked. Interior - While they also clean and wipe the door panels, dashboard or door jambs, this is where they fell short with the quality of service by my standards. My interior gas cap door was not cleaned/wiped. The engine hood was not opened nor was it wiped and cleaned either. (See pictures) It's not like I was asking for a steam cleaning of the engine bay, but nonetheless, it's a door with a crease and hinges. If your claim is "we wipe the door panels and door jambs," under the hood shouldn't have been overlooked. Again, details matter. Honestly, you didn't even try and make an attempt and it shows. The sad thing about this whole process compared to other detail shops is they don't "Deliver" your car to you. They don't walk you out to your vehicle and go over the details of everything that they did and inquire about your level of satisfaction. Because if it's not right they'll fix it. Unfortunately at Precision Auto Body & Detail you just walk in, pay, get your keys back, and then off you go. On to the next one. I've been to other auto detail shops that treat you like royalty from start to finish that are equally comparable in price. Maybe I'll spend the extra $200 somewhere else going forward, that I know for certain won't overlook the simple and minor details.

    I have actually been here a many times for estimates when I was involved in accidents from my…read moreinsurance. I never actually did any work until my car was involved in an accident making it not drivable. The car was actually towed here and the staff did not bother to reach out or acknowledge that the car has arrived at their shop. I actually had to call in to see if they did any estimates or begun any work on the car. I then signed and submitted all the required paperwork from them to start the tear down and repairs. A month has then passed where they had my car in their possession and insurance already approved the tear down and repairs. There was no communication whatsoever on the status of the repairs and I called asking for an update and received no response back. I actually went in person to check on the status and my car was nowhere in sight at the shop. I spoke with Fernando and he told me they are working on the car. Fast forward and patiently waiting 2 weeks later I receive a call that my car was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk who was very rude and did not acknowledge my presence. After paying them my deductible and having them retrieve my car, they simply left my car key in the seat and walked away. Customer service here definitely needs improvement. After picking up my car from Auto 360, I immediately noticed issues. The pre-collision system had stopped working, and the wheels were creaking. I brought the car back the very next morning and spoke with Fernando again. Surprisingly, he didn't seem shocked to see me return and gave the impression he already knew about the problems with the repairs, yet still let me drive off with the car in that condition. I do give them credit for the body work, as the paint matching and blending was on point. Another month passed with no updates. When I followed up in person, I was told to give them another 2 days, as they sent my car for an alignment. Eventually, I did get a call saying the car was finally ready. In my experience, it seems like delays might be tied to issues with insurance reimbursements, as they submitted multiple supplements to my insurer for additional approvals. If you are considering bringing your car here, be prepared for a long wait and double-check their work thoroughly. Hopefully you have rental car coverage or else the wait will be unbearable. If something isn't right, don't just leave a review here. Speak up and hold them accountable. To their credit, as an apology for the 2 month delay, they replaced my bald tires and performed an alignment as a courtesy.

They say my rear brake pads and rotors need to be replaced + my rear shocks are leaking and are dead. They want $780 for the rear brakes and rotors then another $1250 for rear shocks and alignment. $2,030 worth of repairs for a 6 year old car with about 48000 miles on it. Obviously don't pay this if your car can still run fine and I immediately start searching for auto shops for help. I find out about Atech Auto by sending in a Yelp request and Alex gets back to me same day. He quotes me HALF the price Toyota wanted and can get me in the shop next weekend when I was free. Pretty good deal when compared to some other quotes I got. Bring my car in on Saturday around 9am and it probably doesn't get done until around 3pm. There isn't really a waiting area except for some lawn chairs. It's best to take an uber or ride Muni somewhere else to kill some time until your car is ready. Probably my only feedback is I wish they would've called me when my car was ready rather than me guessing and calling them, but hey they looked busy. Got the car back, paid the agreed price, and was on my way. I don't notice a huge change with how the car feels but I at least appreciate not being up charged twice the amount for similar services. Would recommend reaching out to them if you ever need to work on your car!

Told us a certain price and after the car was done, a few days later, he called and upped the price $200 more for no reason. After 2 weeks of having my car my car didn't start AGAIN. AAA insurance came and did a diagnostic and said it was the battery needed a new one so I got one and my car sounds better and issues was solved. REPLYING TO THE COMMENT(Alex): I find it very unprofessional that you as a owner / business man would put your customers name, car, family business, and bring up how much you've helped have helped them on here. First off I'm a WOMAN my name is on my yelp, I don't have to hide or lie. This is MY yelp so I get to put my opinion and experience on here. Did I feel like I got overcharged, yes from $500 as quoted the first time to $700 before picking it up. There's many mechanics that ordered things on Amazon for their customers. Other businesses owners would comment after negative reviews with " we apologize for that experience" not argue back. It's very weird how you mentioned how much you help and do for others. My experience is my experience and my opinion is my opinion.
