Somebody scratched my car door, about 3" of little squiggles. Not a big deal but annoying. I checked 3 places for the cost of (what I thought of as) a minor repair and was quoted $1200-$3000! Wilson offered an alternative that made the scratches less noticeable. He let me just drop it, had the job done quickly, and the price was right. This is a LONG overdue review. 2 years ago, my beloved Mini Cooper S was involved in an accident, damaging the front fender and hood. I saw Keith, who reassured me all would be well. I had modded the car with a custom hood sticker, and it was also damaged. He was a great at communicating the progress to me and it was done right on time. I promised him that I would leave a stellar review for his shop with my insurance company. Well, life got in the way and I dropped the ball. Today while getting it washed, I remembered my promise. It's too late to do the survey sent by USAA - but this is the next best thing. The bottom line is that did an OUTSTANDING job on my car. It looked showroom new, everything was just perfect - and he even managed to duplicate my hood sticker 100% ! Within two days which included text updates, we picked up our car and we're totally satisfied once again with the job that they did. The Technician who brought the car up for inspection even said that he had to sanitize the interior (due to COVID) before we were allowed to drive away. Please steer clear of this auto body shop. These guys are crooks and I mean CROOKS! If I could give a zero star, that's what they get. This repair shop is affiliated with my auto insurance company, hence my car got towed there for repairs. Let me tell you what these dirtbags did. My car was brought in for a front fender and tire repair. They had to find a used tire to match the rest of the tires on the car. What these mofos did was remove the spare tire and wheel form the trunk and put it on my car claiming that they fixed it. Worse part was they left me without a spare so if I were to get stranded, I'd have no choice but to get it towed. Can you believe these bastards? I didn't know about it until my nephew replaced the battery in the trunk of my car and discovered it. Who does that? This is over a used tire that should cost no more than a 100 bucks, and not to mention, my insurance paid them too. So go elsewhere for your auto body repair. You can't trust these crooks! read more

It was bad enough to have to deal with insurance and the thought of not having my car for work really bummed me out because the last time I got a rental for a fender bender, the rental car didn't even have a camera, and I'm too used to my camera. Paul was really nice to talk to when he was doing my estimate, and he sounded knowledgeable when he was inspecting my car's damage. I've been here twice. The first time was for my Corolla which went fine but the second time was very disappointed. I had some parts that I had installed for my car but was damaged in an accident so they order a new one for me. When I saw it, it wasn't the same as the one I had so I told them I wanted the same one but they were annoyed about it cuz they already installed it and now they have to take it off. U can't order something else and expect the customer to like it. So I had to order the same one myself. Also, one of the light stopped working within a week so I called them. They said there is no warranty. That's BS!!! They ordered that light so how can there be no warranty? Definitely not coming back here again. I'm not entirely sure what kind of business they run but I've had several issues with them. When first getting my car evaluated, the adjuster had knocked my phone to the ground when handing over my keys. My phone shattered but they did not accept liability. My vehicle then took two weeks longer than expected to complete with three delays. If I really wanted to put in the energy, it would still be in the shop. When repairing my vehicle, I noticed several issues and pointed it out all while refusing to pick it up until fixed. The estimator constantly disagreed with me but took the car anyways. When I came back, rather than fixing the problem with the fender, they lied about adjusting it at all and PAINTED several areas to conceal it. I can see through the cracks of large pieces, other pieces even MOVE around and can prove from stock photos of the vehicle that it was placed incorrectly. Still, they have not acknowledged their error nor did they provide an appropriate solution. Honestly, from customer to customer, save your time and energy and go elsewhere. My time with Auto Collision Center was the worst I've ever encountered. read more

I normally do not write reviews but these guys were amazing. About a month ago I had a stripped screw on my Tesla that I struggled to remove. I called Auto Collision Center and they told me to come in so they can take a look. First thing when I arrived, the team starts to diagnosis and fix the issue on the spot. After about 10 minutes they were able to help me remove the screw. Not only did they help me really quickly, they also did not charge me a single dollar. I highly recommend these guys! Horrible service!! But the business owner tried to make it right! Thank you Keith My car was in the shop for a month to get the front bumper repaired (a month!!!) I had a rental from my insurance company that expired but my car wasn't fully repaired. When I asked the shop (Wayne) how much longer until my car was done (Wayne) said "we don't know" So then I asked, would you pay for the rental until my car is fixed? They said no, in fact they asked me to pick up the car as it was and they will call me when the parts they're waiting for arrive so I could take my car back to the shop. I was like "what type of service do you offer here?" So they gave me another solution, remove the parts they're waiting for from the total cost and they will give me my car as it was (no 100% repaired) When I got the car back, the work they did was horrendous. The car was dirty, had 2 new dents, the bumper is missing a part on the inside, the fog lights aren't in place (water gets in) and on top of that there was stuff missing from the trunk. I promised the insurance claim representative, I'll do everything within my power to get this shop removed from the insurance's network, BBB will definitely know about it. No customer should go through this type of service, ever. Obviously, I had never received a follow up call from them and I hope they don't send me a survey, because they hear all about it again. After my initial review, the business owner Keith reached me to figure how he could possibly turn my horrible experience with the shop. He had fixed some of the things didn't get repair correctly. First off, just want to say the staff here is super friendly and helpful. Right off the bat Jason was super cool and definitely had the eye for my 2016 Nissan Maxima. I was in a fender bender, my back bumper had two little dents. I wish i took before and after pics because this shop did an amazing job at taking care of my car. It was only in the shop for 2 days. Got rear ended on 2/12. Brought the car and they emailed an estimate right away. They asked us first if they can go ahead and start the repair and we said yes. I'll just pay the deductible first because i want my car back right away and its such a hassle driving a rental. They were so friendly over the phone and in person. Answered all my questions since this is our first accident (not our fault). They told us the car will be ready 2/26, they ordered new rims and City Toyota was late with delivery so we got the car the next day which was not a problem. Melissa (receptionist) called 2/27 and said the car is ready. She was kind and patient with all my questions. Wilson was handling the claim/repair, when we picked up our car he walked us thru and explained every single detail they did and what was needed. Even the paint job was amazing. He was friendly and very knowledgable. He advised us to be on top of our claim with other party's insurance company to get our deductible reimbursed.
