I recently took my brand new Model Y to Ronil because I scraped the left rear quarter panel against my garage door frame (idiocy on my part). I messaged Ronil right away since I've used his services in the past. I sent a photo of the damage and he asked me to come in right away. When I got there, he assessed the damage and proceeded to buff the affected area. He and Joe worked on the panel on the spot. Lo and behold, what initially looked like a major damage was immediately salvaged. Ronil suggested that it's not worth the expense of fully restoring the original paint given that the car was just too brand new and was likely to get more paint damage over time. I was convinced of his logic and agreed. Come time to settle the bill, Ronil did not charge me. I insisted I pay some amount for his time and courtesy, but Ronil declined. I highly recommend Ronil not because of pro bono work, but because of his sympathetic approach to his customers. I reached out to Ron to get some repairs done and paid for out of pocket. He told me he could perform the repairs for the estimated price if I got the used parts. I drove to Sacramento and rented a truck to buy the used parts he requested (a door and side panel). I then dropped off the parts and my car to his shop the following week. Fast forward 3 weeks, and my car is still there without any work done to it. He said he's trying to find a guy to do it on the side because his crew isn't capable of doing the cutting of the panel. This continues for 4 months. I keep calling and visiting in person. Finally, Ron has someone from his office call me and tell me they can go ahead and do the job for more than double the original estimate! What he quoted $2k for, now was almost $5k. What a waste of time, money, and effort. I'm now out $1k since I bought the used parts and have no use for it (new body shop didn't want or need it). This place gave me a quote which was $100 cheaper than another place. They were also able to get me in the same week. Ron and Joe were careful from unpacking the lip to the attention to detail when installing the lip. They made sure the lip was installed correctly and it only took a little over 2 hours. They made sure I was satisfied with the installation before giving back the keys. They even helped me make sure I backed out of the driveway ok and didn't scrape since my car is lowered. Look no further for your car projects. I am confident Master Auto Craft among the best shops for not only bodyworks, but all your car projects as well. They did an impeccable job in both paint and installation for my GTI TCR wing. Ronny and Joe are car enthusiasts and experts in their trades. Most importantly, they are professional, friendly and helpful, making doing projects on cars much more enjoyable! Details about my project: I bought an aftermarket wing from Germany and researched almost all the shop in the bay area for painting and installation. Although the wing is from a reputable tuner (oldest VW tuner and supplies for VW motorsport), most shop turned me down the moment they heard it's "aftermarket". The ones that didn't refuse either don't do paint and install together or didn't have experience in more complex bodywork. When I contacted Ronny, he was really encaustic about the project and told me that they can do paint and installation together. That can-do spirit and friendliness of Ronny and his team made me decide to work with them when we first met to talk about the project. More details on their works below. 1) The Paint Job: The paint job is unbelievable close to OEM paint. I wanted the center wing to match the black paint of my car, which is hard because the paint has a specific pearl sparking effect, but Ronny got it done beautifully. I also wanted the side wings to match the red accents of the car, which only exists in a strip on the bumper. Ronny matched it perfectly with the GTI red. I couldn't be happier with the results, the wing doesn't look "aftermarket" at all with the paint job. 2) The Wing Installation: The installation is a more challenging part of the project, so I am really glad to have Ronny's expertise. Since there is no bolt for the installation, it requires a very specific type of OEM glue, designed for Audi and VW aerodynamic components. It also requires a very specific three days process to make sure the glue is cured and the aerodynamic part is solid. I have been driving my cars up and down the bay for two months and no problem at all. Ronny's team and I ended up researched and tracked down that glue in Germany. We also acquired the step-by-step installation guide, which Ronny's team followed closely and did a solid job in installing the wing. To make sure the glue is solid, they even did a test fit before anything is done on my car. The kind of complexity is just something other shop won't even touch because most of them usually won't go that extra mile and take that potential risk in something goes wrong. Having a BMW depending on your social circle is either a social non starter or the firecracker that Sparks a conversation. And usually that conversation pertains to how much it costs to repair, maintain let alone purchase one... Having a 2015 BMW with a shiny Metallic Estoril blue color, it's a headache at times when you have to consider the work, paint color testing, and hope to God that the body shop doesn't use shoddy 2nd hand parts to replace the damaged pieces of your baby.. is always in the back of your mind... (Check your insurance body work estimate carefully. Even AAA employs providers to use second hand, refurbished parts rather than new fresh parts on your car... In my instance prior to this incident they tried to slap non M-Sport line parts on to my vehicle as if it's not big deal...) For this repair, I had to get the front bumper completely refinished and resurfaced... It originally had a carbon fiber piece on top... That single full piece was damged during a in traffic incident and had to be removed.... Which means all that sticky , icky goo like poxy substance also has to come off.. For anyone who's every dealt with a damaged loaner from BMW dealerships.., you guys remember how much they're charged you for getting the part replaced? I'm fairly sure your wallet remembers how much they charged you up front for it? . while all they might have done was A)Simple paint resurfacing rather than replacing the whole part (for 3 and 4 series in particular since the body/chassis it self is as low as physically possible..short of riding your oil pan on asphalt) B)Pass it off till they sent the car to sales department to get it fixed elsewhere prior to being sold... The part itself could probably cost upwards to 1.5k+ after labor as well. But meeting the person who works on your car and handles the paperwork personally is very different from the environment that Location Service managers have endorsed and enforced at typical dealerships.. and the advisors are handcuffed to follow their rules even to the chagrin and head scratching dismay of the customer.. I turned my vehicle in for on site inspection to Ronil Singh at Master Autocraft at 10am on April 13th(Saturday).. and he was able to give out the quote 48 hours prior to meeting him.. and the quote on site still matched what I was initially told without having to check my phone for the messages. He explained the process. And took a full look even under the fenders to see of there's any additional damage that needed to be addressed ahead of time rather than being told that the car needed to stay longer than agreed upon.. The poxy substance that not even goo gone could remove was redressed and refinished properly to show room condition. The under panels of the blue fender were evened out as well after all those bumps and dips of driving in the Bay area... There is no majorly noticeable color pattern difference between the front of the car to the rear... Even in sunlight or artificial light.. He was even able to notate 2 rear quarter panel buckles that were present to which the previous bodyshop that customers are sent to at the endorsed/enforced direction of Peter Pan BMWs management (AW).. did not catch. These guys here maintain control of the work load they take it. These guys keep to the schedule. And every repair is diligently notated and physical images are taken for record keeping should any date or damage issue arise... Oh also... I've never had a detail from a bodyshop come out this clean! I'm a happy camper for sure read more

You need to spend two minutes to read this review to save yourself aggravation later. I went to Master Auto Craft with a minor fender bender on my Toyota Prius. Someone reversed at very slow speed out of a parking space (at maybe 2mph) and unfortunately, impacted my front bumper. See photos attached. I received an initial estimate from Ronil of $3500. He told me that the car would be ready in a few days and that he would bill the insurance provider later on. I coordinated claim details with Ronil and the insurance company and dropped my car off on November 17th. I received it back (incomplete) two months later (60 days!) after hundreds of phone calls, on-site visits, escalations, and inquiries met with flip-flopping responses. I visited during the holidays and noted that all garages on the street were open, while Roni's was closed. I received my car back with my old broken headlight. The car was completed three months after the initial drop off - on February 17. What I learned during the process (after hundreds of phone calls with the insurance company directly) is that Ronil asked the insurance company to pay him over $14,000. He NEVER communicated with me proactively about the mismatch. $14,000 for a Prius fender bender! Of course the insurer refused to pay that much, and in the end they agreed on $10,000. Before I went to Ronil, I went to two other garages who also estimated the work at $3500. He kept my car for two months and told me lie after lie after lie about why he was experiencing delays. He NEVER called me proactively, I had to chase him daily for communication. I heard that parts are missing, that welding was going to be required and he had to take the car offsite for that (although this wasn't in the insurance documentation), that they couldn't get a hold of insurance contacts, that he was understaffed. On at least 50 occasions, he told me one thing only to be disputed by someone who works for him - sometimes in the same conversation! I called Toyota myself a few times who assured me that there was no hold up for the parts. On 5 consecutive days, I was told that the car was being painted and would be ready the following day. It became very clear to me that his business model relies on extracting as much from insurance companies as he can, keeping his customers in the dark and never communicating what he's saying to the other party. On one occasion, he even closed the garage door on me and the police had to get involved. Thank God they came because only later with the help of a representative from a consumer protective agency, the Bureau of Automotive Repair (who know Ronil well!) he finally finished working on my car. Not once in the 90 days that he had my car did he call me with an update. I always had to chase him, beg him for information about the status of the repair. Not once did he apologize. He held on to my car, kept me in the dark, and took no action as he attempted to get as much as he could from the insurance provider while my car sat there, untouched. After the first 60 days, he released my car without doing the required security sensor collaboration. My 16-year-old daughter drove the car while the sensor did not work! Thank God for the Bureau of Automotive Repair that finally forced the garage to take action on our car and release it to us. If not for them, I would probably be without a car until today. I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that other people won't have the same experience as me. I will file a claim against him in every possible agency and will alert the insurance to investigate him and the amount that he charged. Avoid this garage at all costs. They scam their customers and insurance companies and don't have the slightest sense of honesty, integrity, or care for customer service. read more

TLDR; after $175 for interior detailing, $40 for Ubering in and out of this place and 4 hours of waiting time, I am still seeing dust and easily removable stains in a 2-year old vehicle that I just purchased.
