I was quoted five days to install and paint factory OEM body panels. 15 weeks past before the work was "done." The work was sloppy and the paint was 4/10 quality. Scratches, bad masking, and overspray were all over. In those 15 weeks I only received three phone calls with updates (no exaggeration). I called countless times to check the status but could never get through. Original parts were lost and damaged and the shop owner, Ronil, didn't seem to care much. I had to take time out of my schedule and take off work to physically go to the shop to check on the work. Every time I found something done incorrectly or missing components I was told it would be fixed. None of the issues I pointed out were ever corrected. I do not recommend Master Auto Craft for any work. There is no permanent team and your car will probably be worked on by 20 year old kids that have little or no experience working on cars. This was told to me by Ronil, the owner. Ronil is a nice guy, truly, but does not have the attention to detail or communication skills one should have when working on cars. I had called Master Auto Craft for days as Ronil promised to replace the damaged and lost parts but I was not able to get through. This shop just continues the stereotype of bad bodyshops that plague the car industry. The are more masters of insurance work than of actual auto craft. I went to another shop a little further south that quoted me one week and delivered amazing results and even did more work than I had requested at no additional cost. read more

Sent Ronil some pics to get a quote for a minor bumper scratch I had on my 370z. He gave me 2 options which was to just polish and buff or repaint the entire bumper. I brought my car in that day and he was able to have it back to me in a couple hours. However there was a tiny dent that was left from the damage that was unnoticed. He let me drive my car off so I could decide if I wanted to get the dent fixed and repainted or just pay for the polish and buff. I told him I would drop off my car in a few days and leave it there for the week. I got my car back and it was beautifully finished. He was completely honest and polite throughout the entire duration. I felt comfortable throughout and Inever felt pressured or weary of being cheated. Have you met a guardian angel? Yesterday I have had the chance to meet one. His name is Ronil Singh working at auto repair in Burlingame. I live in Dublin,CA near my sister and her family. They asked me to pick them up at SFO at 9pm when they arrive. I wanted to get there early to grab something to eat before I picked them up. On my way to find parking near a restaurant I hit a curb or pothole which led to a flat tire warning. I tried to pump it at a gas station nearby but it was punctured on the side and was losing air quickly. The van I drove did not have a spare and only had a fix-a-flat device that did not work when i tried to apply it. Across the way from the parking lot i was stranded in was Master Auto Craft. I went in and asked the guy, Ronil, if he knew a tire shop closeby. Without hesitation he apologized to the customer he was chatting with to help me out. It was past 6:00 pm so most shops were closed. He went to full mission mode and drove me to different gas stations to see if they has spares or even more fix-a-flat product at no avail. He told me to find any tire shop to see if they can replace a tire on the spot. Luckily I found one 5 miles away. Then we drove the van with a flat to his shop. He had the tools to remove the whole tire with the rim and throw it into the back of his truck. We then got to the tire shop before they closed and they fit a new tire to the rim. It took them a while but Ronil stuck by my side the whole time. When they were done we rushed back to the van and he popped the tire on. He did not ask for any compensation. I thanked him for everything and drove off to SFO. In 3 hours when all hope was lost he saved my night and I was able to get my sister and her family back to Dublin from the airport in one piece. There are few people like Ronil in this crazy world. Where people walk past you when you're in distress or refuse to show sympathy for your situation, a person like Ronil comes into the picture and gives you faith in humanity.
