This is hands down the worst towing experience I've ever had. I went to Blue Water Towing after the police waived my towing fees and gave me a releaser form. I calmly tried to explain the situation, but the man at the front window refused to listen, kept saying "pay, pay, pay," and slammed the window in my face twice. When the supervisor came out, he pretended nothing happened and then lied, claiming my card was declined -- even though he never took my card or attempted to charge it. On top of that, when I called their dispatcher, she hung up on me multiple times, showing zero professionalism or respect. To make matters worse, when the police showed up, they started siding with the tow company and lying too. Instead of helping, it felt like everyone was trying to corner me into paying money I didn't owe. This company is unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and manipulative. If you ever have to deal with them, record every interaction, bring all documentation, and protect yourself. They will try to take advantage of you if you're not careful.

This guy started towing my parents car when they literally just parked less than 2minutes ago just to unload heavy groceries. Mind they are senior citizens, they won't stay long in that parking space. It is acknowledged that it was wrong but the towing guy claims he "waited" but no one was around for a while which is false accusation. My Father was going down the stairs and up the entire time. There is no way he "waited" just for 1sec and started "doing his job". This was there first time yet, people at night gets away with no towing that parks in the redline for 24hrs is beyond crazy. Makes you wonder if this drivers even bringing back the money to their office or they're stealing it for themselves! Just bunch of liars, money hungers even for elderly people!!

I really enjoyed and appreciated the excellent service provided by Roberto. I was stuck in the city…read morearound 3am and he was able to make it out to me within 20 minutes. He was very reassuring that I was in good hands and I never doubted him for a second. His quality of work was thorough and professional. His pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend his service to anyone in a similar situation. His communication and explanation was great from his arrival time all the way through to making sure I was all god to go prior to parting ways. I hope to never have car issues in SF again, but if I ever do, best believe he's gonna be at the top of my call list. Thanks Roberto for coming to my rescue!

What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He even suggested an alternative option he thought might work better before towing, which I really appreciated. Everything he says on his Yelp page is completely true. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here. Thank you again, Roberto!

Dude Where's My Car?…read more Parking is expensive in SF, but believe me towing is worse! If you find that your car is missing because it is "illegally" parked on the streets of SF, chances are you need to Uber here to get your car. Although no one likes to pay, the folks working here are friendly and the process is smooth. 1. First you pay the fine and get a receipt. Apple Pay and Credit Cards accepted. There's a discount for first-time offenders and Medicare members. My fine was $450 for parking on Pine St that had towing between 3pm to 6pm. It also had parking allowable between certain times and I had mom's handicap placard which did not help. I honestly did not see the tow sign and the curb was not painted. 2. You'll get a receipt and need to show it to the security guard to get your car. Only one customer at a time through the gate. 3. Get your car and show the receipt again to the guard to open the fence for you to exit onto 7th. This is one business in Yelp that I WILL NOT plan to visit again. I have bad parking juju in SF and will rely on Uber more or just use the pay lots from now.

They do have a "First time tow" credit ($52) and other discounts if you are the registered owner and can show you are low income or facing homelessness. Overall, do yourself a favor and read the parking signs. Better yet, don't go out from 7-10a or 3-6pm.. those are the tow times that the lot mentioned!
