The restaurant itself is quaint and welcoming. Great ambiance. The service was amazing and efficient. Our waiter was very personable and knowledgeable. Now to tell you about the food!!! I'm not sure where to start. I ordered filet and butter and garlic pasta. It was one of the most tender filets I have ever had. It was delectable. I am adding pictures to show what was ordered. We enjoyed every bite. Everyone was very happy with their food choices. I can't wait for a reason to go back. All I can say is try it!

Have never been disappointed. Alina's is always on the top of their game. It's a great spot for date night (make reservations) or just by yourself, having dinner at the bar watching the bustle of the kitchen.

A chance visit became a magical evening. We called at 4pm for a dinner reservation and the cheery answerer snagged us a bar seat (more on this later) at 6:45. Turns out this was co-owner Maritza. Also turns out it was her a chef and co-owner Martin's 20th wedding anniversary! Tip - While online reservations are possible, only calls for same day rezos after 3:30pm. So the "bar seats" are stools set at a high top table next to the bar. This gives you lots of room on the table and the bar. The stools are comfortable and swivel, allowing us a view into the kitchen (see pic) and to interact with the amazing bartender Nicole, as well as the two chefs. Covid protocols are strictly followed, with well spaced seating in the two dining areas and at the bar. We felt very comfortable inside on this chilly, rainy night. Not only did we get to watch kitchen prep and cooking all evening, but we got to appreciate how well organized they were despite being packed! The staff treated each other with care and we could tell this is a true team effort. We got to chat a bit with everyone, and had such a wonderful time...celebrating our next-day 37th anniversary! The menu is mouthwatering and different from the usual Italian fare. Wish we could taste our way through! The wine list is solid, both depth and price-wise. We started with the scallops Mare et Monti, in a bed a crispy wild mushrooms and a lightly spiced tangerine butter. Outstanding! My wife had the Chicken Piccata. No breading, tender, with just the right amount of flavorful sauce. Amazingly, she also consumed ALL of her least favorite veggie green beans! Best ever, she claimed! I went with the Alina's Linguine, with a bit of everything- chicken, shrimp, scallop, sausage in a flavorful creamy tomato & rosemary sauce with capers This was an evening we will not forget! Bravo!

Very good food. Only negatives are the generic bread and small-for-Italian-food portions.

The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of an architecturally pleasing brick building, with the interior ambiance (decor & lighting) fitting of the food style, setting a comforting mood along with the classic 50's/60's Italian American music. All around the food was both tasteful and comforting, similar to what I remember my Nonni would make. From the Calamari Friitti (appetizer) served with both a marinara and vodka sauce, the Meatballs (appetizer) of a classic beef and pork blend, to the Chicken Francaise (dinner), everything combined for a delicious meal. Mulino's is a great estaurant to visit with your spouse or friends for a nice 'family' dinner without being overly fancy/stuffy. One minor critique as I pretend to be a legitimate food reviewer, add a slight touch more butter to the Chicken Francaise sauce. My son and I collectively rated Mulino's: 4.25/5.

The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive without being overbearing, and clearly passionate about the food they serve. While our table was being set up outside, we enjoyed a drink at the bar--the 15-minute wait was absolutely worth it. The outdoor setting was beautiful, with greenery creating a relaxed summer vibe and live music playing under a small tent, adding to the atmosphere. Our server was equally delightful--friendly, attentive, and spot-on with recommendations. Now, the food: outstanding. We started with the beets and peas salad, which was bursting with flavor--our plates were practically licked clean. The house arugula salad was crisp, fresh, and perfectly balanced with a light, lemony vinaigrette. For mains, we shared the roasted half chicken and the bucatini. Both were phenomenal. I rarely order chicken at restaurants since it often feels too plain, but this one was perfection--crispy skin, juicy meat, and seasoning that carried through every bite. The bucatini, made with homemade pasta and loaded with crispy pancetta, was absolutely irresistible. We couldn't resist finishing with the "Little Mason Jar" dessert, which was indulgent and delicious. Everything--from the service to the food to the ambiance--was exceptional. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to the area

Amazing 3 course Dinner Deal Sunday Night!!…read more Yesterday my best friend and I ate at Spoleto and chose the Three course Dinner Deal!! For about 30 dollars we were able to pick an appetizer , entree and a desert from quite a long list of items. We both picked the same things and the meal was not only a bargain but delicious. We both had the brick oven calamari to start. The appetizer portion was perfect for one person, and the calamari was as good as I have ever had. The calamari were fresh and tender without a ton of coating...delicious. For the main entrees we picked the pecan encrusted salmon. Again, the dish was plentiful, the fish perfectly seasoned and the there was an ample arrangement of sides included. I am often disappointed when a restaurant throws a single small potato on a dish...this entree was delicious and well accompanied. Desert was tiramisu...perfectly sized as I don't always eat desert. But when it is homemade and fresh it's the best. All our plates looked good on presentation and the difference between the quality of the ingredients in Spoleto's Dinner Deal compared to a chain restaurant was very apparent. This is a must stop on a Sunday Evening! Service was also very good and we enjoyed a great recommended bottle of wine. With so many choices I will have to try this another time but easily could end up picking the same items!!

There were also no bones, which was great, though I wish there was some sort of dressing or more oil and salt in the sandwich. The fish itself was plump and substantial, and the veggies tasted fresh. The staff was also very friendly, and the restaurant inside was nice and cozy. Though we didn't eat inside, I did notice that the air conditioner wasn't quite working and it was a bit warm inside, but it didn't affect us so much since we ordered to go.
