Do yourself a favor and call a reputable locksmith - I sent Rayan person away, and a real locksmith came shortly after and shimmed my door open, in literally 1.5 seconds, with no damage. PS several of these illegitimate companies route through the same dispatch even though they present as multiple different brands and all send the same untrained people. The giveaway is the drill is literally at the top of the bag as it's the only tool they know how to use. Beware.
