Warning: these guys are a scam. Do not call them unless you want to be completely ripped off. I…read morefound them via a Yelp Ad and called them because I couldn't find any other locksmiths in the area. I'd lost my keys to a storage unit. They quoted a price of $29 for the service call and $25 per hour. The guy arrived in about an hour, and after attempting to pick the cylinder lock for about 5 minutes, decides he has to drill it out. It takes him about 20 minutes to drill the hole and when he's done, says the price will be $216. I called back the main number to speak with the guy I originally spoke to, and he says, "I said the price started at $25 and hour." Wait, then it gets better...He then says it's cash only. I tell him I don't have that much cash on me, they say they will take my credit card, but they charge and additional 7%. Total cost: $280.

The team of locksmiths here at Ace worked together to attempt to get it out the ignition, with no success. Then, after I took out the ignition myself, they worked on it right then and there to remove the key and created two new keys. They are very transparent and emphasize customer care.
