I was greeted pleasantly by the 2 gentleman behind the counter, told them that I needed a replacement key fob. He asked me for the one that didn't work and promptly when to another room and found a match. Within another 10 minutes he cut the key, programmed it, & came outside to my car to make sure all the features worked. Outstanding Customer Service!!! Best of all, I only paid $178 dollars, a fantastic deal in my mind. I will surely be back for all my car and house key needs in the future.

Whatever you buy will be priced reasonably, and they will source what you need if not a stock item. I replaced some deadbolts and keyed handsets at the house recently and, silly me, thought I could rekey all the locks myself. Mistake. Meanwhile, the deal I thought I was getting online for the locks suddenly was not such a deal when you add rekeying kits and time to the equation. Doug sold me a new Schlage handset and threw in the rekey (normally $20) making the net lock cost less than the online purchase. And all done in an hour, including cutting 5 new keys.
