Great job and professional service. They programmed my car keys. They also communicated very well with me.

Great experience shopping locally. Getting a new Smart key for my Kia Soul would have cost twice as much at the dealer and it would not have been as effortless as what Josh at Driscoll gave me. His knowledge of programming was very impressive. Thanks for being here! read more

Recently had to have my lock changed after moving. Eliyahu from Driscoll's was extremely efficient. He arrived on time, went straight to work and even helped me understand the app for my new lock. Wish I could give more than 5 stars . Highly recommend them. read more

Although I went with another company, I fully recommend Driscoll. They responded very quickly to my request and on a holiday weekend. They were upfront and transparent with the cost of the service. read more

Key pricing is outrageously expensive. Home Depot or Lowe's are a fraction of Driscoll's key pricing.

Great work on key and service was excellent. Even looked for you at new location. Thanks again.

Driscoll Lock and Key is THE only place to go for all of your locksmith needs. The owner is SOOO nice and accommodating. Always has a smile on his face when you walk in and makes you feel like family each and very time. I have been going here for years and the stellar service/work is unlike any other business I know. The prices are great and the new Bardonia location (Route 304) is so nice. Whether you need a locksmith for residential or commercial purposes, don't look any further, you will never go anywhere else...I know I won't. read more

After being to 4 other locksmiths in the area and not being able to find a GM VATS key (some had no idea what it was when they saw it), I was pleasantly surprised that Driscoll's not only knew right away what it was, but had exactly what I needed! The guys who work there were very friendly and knew their stuff. The ONLY locksmith I'll go to from now on and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith! read more

I called Driscoll about my A-4's remote key. And nice young lady told me- we don't do Audi's.

I had Driscoll replace two lock cylinders. Alaina was prompt, professional and courteous. I would most certainly use them again.

This is the second time I called Driscoll and if I could give 10 stars I would do so. Spoke to Alaina who sent David over immediately. Alaina ended up coming over also and I can't say enough great things about them. Extremely careful, knowledgeable, courteous and the list goes on. Best experience with a service.Great people! Definitely would recommend. read more

It was evening, I just returned exhausted from the city, realized I left my keys at home, locked out. Called Driscoll's and the young lady who answered said she would be to me in about twenty minutes. True to her word, she arrived, unlocked my door and saved the day/night. Thank you, thank you! Such a relief. And a lovely person to boot! read more

These people were outstanding and performed impeccably in an emergency situation. Their service technician was very prompt and professional and remained calm while performing her tasks. My mother had fallen inside of her apartment and there was no key for the top lock. The locksmith arrived within minutes of the initial call and went right to work trying to pick the lock before ultimately having to drill the lock out. She quite literally saved my mothers life , who had been on the floor for at least two days. I cant thank this place enough for helping us get to my mother and get her the medical help she needed. Bottom line, if you need anything done to secure or gain entry into anywhere, these are the people for the job. They have a customer for life with me and should be your first and only choice for a locksmith. read more

Very professional and helpful. Long standing buisness in Rockland. Great service and reliability

A couple of days ago I discovered, to my horror, that the front door to our 100+ year old house wouldn't open. The old lock was jammed. I tried to repair it myself, without success. In that state, it was a safety hazard because that would be the first means of egress, in the case of a fire. Went down to Driscoll's and asked for help. Within two hours, they arrived. An extremely knowledgeable, competent, friendly young woman and her assistant began to work on the lock. Did I tell you that they couldn't access the outside, since the storm door was locked? Fortunately, the young lady (I don't remember her name) was able to get the cross bolt to release, and pointed out how the old mechanism was compromised. We took her suggestion about replacing it. I have to say that the fix required a good bit of fitting. She and her assistant installed a high-quality replacement, and did so without it looking like who-did-it-and ran! It was truly a beautiful installation, and the price was more reasonable than I had anticipated. I hope that her boss takes pains to keep this young lady working there - and her assistant, too. If we have any locksmithing needs in the future, we will definitely go back. Highly recommended! read more
