The technician…read morearrived with the necessary equipment and quickly assessed both doors before starting the work. He explained the options available and recommended lock types that would provide better durability and security. The installation was done carefully, and both locks were fitted perfectly without damaging the door frames or hardware. I appreciated how he tested the mechanisms several times to make sure everything turned smoothly and aligned correctly. Another thing that stood out was the clear pricing. The cost was explained beforehand, so there were no unexpected charges once the job was completed. Overall, the service felt professional and reliable. My Key 24 Hour Locksmith handled the lock replacement efficiently, and it definitely gave me more confidence about the safety of my home.

He recommended us fix the locks and not just replace them which would be a lot more money. He came on time and started work immediately and was very clear in what he was going to do. Daniel was able to fix all of them without having to install a completely new lock and has a workshop in his van to fix the locks. Price was great didn't try to rip us off! We had a great experience working with him and would highly recommend for your next lock project.

He was personable, informative and was speedy in getting to my mother's home, in less than 30 minutes. Once he arrived he realized that the job was not as simple as need to rekey a lock. It was the heavy duty security lock that required more muscle and strategy. Nate was able to get us in my mom's place and replaced the security lock. However, he needed to get longer screws to replace the ones that came from original plate covering but he had none with him. To ensure the job is completely done, he is returning with the screws today. Highly recommended Nate. He communicated well what the process of the lock nob would entail, and it did not feel as he was inflating the cost. His prices seemed reasonable and response time was excellent.

I originally left a positive review for this business because the worker who came out to install my…read morepeephole camera seemed to try his best. He appeared to work hard and I genuinely appreciated his effort. However, after seeing the end result more clearly, I've realized the job was left incomplete and unprofessional--the area around the installation was left damaged and unfinished (see attached photo). Looking back, I wish the worker had been honest up front and told me if he wasn't able to handle this type of installation. Instead, the job was done poorly, and I was left with a mess to fix. It's disappointing, because I was understanding and respectful during the appointment, at the end I offered water and a bathroom break since he seemed frustrated. I did not receive any follow-up or acknowledgment for my original review, which makes this experience even more frustrating. If you are considering using this business for peephole camera installation, I would recommend asking for examples of similar work first and ensuring they are truly qualified before hiring.

The physical key was also giving me problems so I couldn't even get into the vehicle. I contacted other locksmiths, but Mark was came in at a great price and tried to walk me through testing the key fob, swapping its batteries, the physical key and anything else that could be wrong. Luckily for me the battery came back to life enough for me ro be able to take the car to Mark. There he did some diagnostics and told me it was likely a failing battery and not the key fob. Well, I was grateful for that as it meant I didn't need to replace the current key fob. But I don't like to be left unprepared so I asked him to program a second key fob while I was there. I had bought one previously but put off getting it done. Mark quickly cut and programmed the new one. It worked as good as the original. Anyway a long annoying morning ending up pretty great as I now knew what was wrong, was able to get into my car and get it started. And I got a new key fob done for a great price. Mark is a super nice guy, professional and quick and I totally recommend him.
