They offered only a keycard or RFID sticker option but not the FOB. And then I got an email a week later saying their RFIDs were back-ordered, and they gave me a refund. So today I went on Yelp and found Duplicatemykey.com. Thoroughly impressed by their 5-star average, I read a few of the reviews and I was sold. Texted Sergio (per instructions on the website) at 2:30pm, and by 6pm I was back in Harlem entering my building with not one but TWO new working key FOBs! BONUS: it took us a few seconds to realize that we would find Sergio not in a brick and mortar operation but inside the ice cream and lemonade truck on the corner. That was mildly adventurous and fun, and we treated ourselves to soft serve cones. And Sergio is a gem: pleasant, prompt, and professional. Thank you! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DUPLICATEMYKEY.COM
