Heeeeeeey!!! We moved into our apartment a month ago and property manager gave us only one key FOB. Since he was unable to find anyplace that would/could duplicate, we tried a KeyMe kiosk. They offered only a keycard or RFID sticker option but not the FOB. And then I got an email a week later saying their RFIDs were back-ordered, and they gave me a refund. So today I went on Yelp and found Duplicatemykey.com. Thoroughly impressed by their 5-star average, I read a few of the reviews and I was sold. Texted Sergio (per instructions on the website) at 2:30pm, and by 6pm I was back in Harlem entering my building with not one but TWO new working key FOBs! BONUS: it took us a few seconds to realize that we would find Sergio not in a brick and mortar operation but inside the ice cream and lemonade truck on the corner. Dude is a rip off! Bad business and rude guy all around. Keyme or minute key are by far way better then this guy and there just machines.

He was trying to charge me $50 for the same thing that the KeyMe kiosk was charging $20 for. The KeyMe kiosks make the rfid keys for less than half the cost. He would not budge on the price even though I was coming out of my way to meet him. Would recommend a kiosk over this guy. Since Sergio decided to comment on the above review, I decided to add to my review: I went to a KeyMe kiosk in Brooklyn on Sunday and I received the keys in my mailbox by Wednesday morning. I paid $53.15 for 4 keys. That's actually only $13.28 per key, and they work. Also, if any don't work, KeyMe at least replaces them for you. Attached is the receipt. I was coming from 3 hours away to get this copy made and Sergio wouldn't budge on the price even though there was no way to test the key right when I got it and he also wanted me to pay in cash. Since he doesn't take card, if the key didn't work, and he didn't replace it for me, I wouldn't even be able to dispute it with my credit card since I would have paid cash. I requested a quote via text and Sergio was quick to respond. He confirmed via photo that he would be able to make a copy, quoted me a price and requested to be paid in cash. The location was super convenient-I was a little confused as he was located inside an ice cream truck, but this is NY and we respect hustlers and undercover anything. I waited about 2 minutes to get my key fobs made while drinking an awesome lemonade from the same truck. He even checked on me the next day to make sure the keys work, which they do perfectly. A Google search gave me two options in the city. Sergio was the only option that was available Saturday. It was late so I decided to email him him rather than text and got a reply the next morning with all my questions answered. But I have to admit I was still skeptical since the mobile truck was an ice cream truck. Also all the reviews were five stars from reviewers that have only 1-3 reviews. I thought he was too good to be true. But he assured me that he tests all his copies before payment is accepted, there are serial numbers on the key fobs so he knows they are his and if they don't work bring it back. Well I went to the truck got a key fob made in two minutes and it works. It's $50 well spent for the convenience of having one made on the spot vs mailing one out and waiting for it to come back. Had it been hot I would've gotten a popsicle at the same time too! When Sergio gave it to me he said "I tested it and it works fine.
